The BMW 3 Series is a small executive saloon that boasts brilliant handling and good value for money - get Mat's verdict in our full 4K review Alp: Future 3 series owners beware! The folding rear seats are an option, they don't fold at all on standart and even the hi-fi music system (not talking about harman/kardon) is an option. The standart car comes with 4 speakers which is unheard of in a luxury brand, my bathroom speakers are better quality. I've learned about this the hard way when getting my 2017 M Sport 320i, don't make the same mistake, opt for the folding seats and the speaker system. Adaptive LEDs as well because visibility at night is very poor on long drives with the normal LEDs. Other than that its the simple best car you can get in this class. C Class looks like an Arabic hookah bar on the inside and the A4 is just dull on the outside but the interior is amazing, can't say anything to that.

Oh wow a 3 year warranty?
Typical stingy Germans still can''t beat Kia and Hyundais 7 year unlimited kilometre warranty.
Korean cars while still not as strong as Volvos or the old Merc''s have come a long way over the last 10 years
The luxury European manufacturers are starting to really lose their edge.
25 to 30 years ago if you bought a German car like a Benz you weren''t just paying for a fancy badge, you were actually paying for a good quality car[provided that they were serviced] that would last the test of time and pass down over to your kids but sadly that''s becoming less and less the case as its TECHNOLOGY that defines a luxury car now NOT durability or build quality.

Anybody watching this, concerned about getting a manual, with the so called offset pedals. Don-t be. They are offset, ever so slightly, but not in anyway problematic. I took a manual out on test today, very comfortable car, soon get used to slight difference in feel. Barely noticeable. The way it-s described in some videos, that you feel like your feet are out of the car, or twisted is a massive exaggeration. I went through all the gears nicely, and operated the clutch comfortably. The only noticeably difference is having less room to rest your foot when you-re not accelerating. Go auto if you want an auto, but don-t do it based on the offset pedals comments. Try it for yourself.

I-ve had two F30 but I-ve also had a 2017 C class and was so disappointed I went back to the F30. This car is all you need it-s very well put together, it-s not too big, low to the ground, handles amazing, the diesels are fast but still return good mpg. This car feels like having your cake and eating it, if you haven-t given up on driving and got a hideous crossover.
I have to disagree with Matt the manual is great and plenty of fun in this car my old one was a manual. In the new one I have the automatic which is one of the best available.

In Egypt we have locally assembled BMWs. One of the models is a 318i that runs with the 1. 5 three cylinder engine that puts out 136 HP. What do you think of this engine? I'm coming from a 2010 C180 Kompressor that has a 1. 6 engine that puts out 156HP. How do these engines compare to one another? Thanks for all tour great well crafted, informative and fun videos.

just got a 3 series rental after i sent my Mercedes c200 back and wow this car is basic. the dash looks like its straight out of the 80's, parking sensors are a joke, handbrake lol. the quality of the buttons are plastic so zero quality. i've get a 520d coming next week think i should have taken a test drive oh well back to Mercedes after the 520

I think that in US market cars, the base suspension tuning is little firmer than the UK version. The adaptive suspension is only available as part of a sport package, and 90% are sold with the standard suspension. It's fine on my 320xi. The steering, on the other hand.

I am looking to get a 3 series and I don-t know whether to get the 318D or 320D I know they are both well equipped and comfortable I do both long and short commuting so fuel economy is my biggest thing, is there much difference between the two fuel wise?

i went with 3 series its better value now huge discounts on the 3 series for new model close to 2 series pricing while 2 series prices have skyrocketed lol not worth. Bigger interior, no floating handling, and better looks all go to 3 series.

Somehow bmw doesnt get the 3 series done properly. It allways looks aged. And that handbrake is big big fail. I was watching some weeks ago 3 series and 5 series, both were same year but 3 series is just one big fail. Bought F11 FL rather.
