Well I keep wondering whats the point of having a lot of knee room if you do not have the thigh support to match that! Is that not the case with most cars, basically if you have plenty of knee room at the back, the seats should have recliner feature to make use of that knee room, otherwise, whats the point. Nobody practically would want to slide down the seat just in case they are in the mood for a cozy nap which would place there lumbars in an awkward position unless you have a fairly recent recline angle to the seat. And when I say thigh support, I mean like on a household lazyboy! Why compromise on thigh support when it can give so much more comfort!

First the Brand - Skoda
Secondly the Car maker - VW
Thirdly the engine option, atleast one of the them - 2. 0 L diesel of the VW Group
Fourth, the DSG gearbox of the VW Group, the most unreliable piece of equipment in the entire auto industry.
I cannot how anyone sane can associate it to being -desirable- and -ideal-, unless of course they are Mat Watson category - i. e, the paid journos who lick the german shitboxes.

I was considering one of these until I found out that you cannot get the four wheel drive with the petrol engine only the two wheel drive which is of no use to me where I go so its look else where. Pity really as I quite like the look. I do a lot of short trips so dont want dpf issues so no oil burners. They were available but Skoda have stopped selling petrol 4x4-s, shot themselves in the foot in my opinion.

Volkswagen why? Skoda Kodiaq looks like Audi Q7.
They make all of their models identical to each other brand. For instance, Volkswagen Vento and Passat looks similar to Audi A4. And then there is this model which looks like Audi Q7. If I wanted to buy Audi Q7 then I wouldn't as Skoda Kodiaq is similar to it. I'd better go for Mercedes or BMW.

2: 34 wow look at to the left of matt's head. There's a sudden gap appeared over there. Skoda built quality really is questionable. Matt complaints a lot in 2019 crv a lot than 2018 kodiaq.
5: 15 are you sure that cheap looking hard plastic is squeezy?
I hope there is no discrimination between European and Asian car.

What is it with reviewers of 7 seater cars and expecting the extra 2 seats to be like the rest, they are designed for small people and kids, if you want a 7 seater with full passenger space at the rear get a mini bus, given this car has a bigger boot than most 7 seaters the lack rears is a good compromise

Guys a serious question: how do you turn off the infotainment display, but keep the radio on? I just don't want to be blinded by the display when driving at night. Thanks! Btw: the setting in the settings menu (turn off after 10s) is not sticky = it doesn't stay checked when you turn off the car. :(

Same old same old. I really like this car. But again, as with ALL other -reviews- the length - NOT VOLUME. Of the boot is never mentioned. HELLO! If someone is thinking about buying a large vehicle. .. .. .. It would be nice to know how lonnggg the full length of the boot is. ffs.
