As of November, 29, 2017, in the US, we are still on 2017 Model X vehicles. Tesla says there is NO release date on the 2018 year model. I begged them for a date so that I could order one, nothing. At least the UK has the 2018s. On December 31, 2017, the federal tax benefit will probably go away. What else should I get. for this years tax break?

Just one correction: If you don-t order it with the Autopilot, you don-t need to bring it to Tesla, you just pay for it online and in 1h you will get it activated over-the-air; ) No retrofit needed, hardware is in all X and S (and 3) installed.

That's a lot of tapping on the screen. Isn't there a voice recognition software for voice activation? Because that would make more sense. Especially because the screen is so big the key board is located too low.

Awful ergonomics, there's going to be so many Teslas driving in the middle of the road concentrating on the screen instead of the road. Plus no compatibility with Android Auto or Apple Carplay
