The braking distances within the highway code from the 1970s are also why the speed limit is so low on the motorway. Given modern cars they should just change it to 80 when dry and 60 when raining. That shall never happen though because of the speed ticket revenue. Which the Government shall say is emissions related no doubt. Which is also why I have to pay close to 500 a year on road tax after Yr one for my new car: /

The announced boot capacity is of course with the rear seats pulled forward.
This is the shameful cheating some manufacturers found to sell acceptable rear leg room and good boot capacity, when in reality, you can't have both at the same time.
And when do you need more boot capacity? When all your passengers bring some travelling bags along for the journey.

I mostly agree with it, which is the best part about videos like this is my idea of a good car differs from other people and that's ok. I own a 2018 Audi S3, fully optioned, and love it. That made me consider a RSQ3 for more room but I think after watching this I'll see about a hot wagon or just a bigger car. Thanks!

No rear sports differential, it seems to be ordinary open one at 11: 24 as rear wheel spins. Also, economy 41, 4 mpg google say, it is 6, 8 litres which is super good for that power, usually normal average 2. 0 litre engine have this kind of consumption.

I nearly bought this - dodged a massive bullet. Paid more and went for a Macan GTS which is definitely worth the money difference. This car is made for a young University student with well off parents. And good luck when you resell it.

I bought dispite Matt's review. Perfect ride for around town (Zurich) comes alive in the Alps in the snow. .and sounds awsome (RSQ3 Black Ed, a head turner.

Wait wait wait, did he say 41. 4 MPG is only alright considering the performance? Also at the end, how is it not as practical as a normal SUV when it has the same boot space and storage space as the regular Q3 sportback?

This man satisfies the need I have for a British man to talk to me about cars. It was a gap in my life left open by top gear/grand tour. Now he just needs a couple cohosts so they can mess with each other. I-d watch that.

I like the RS Q3 Sportback so much but the gear stick is a deal breaker. thx Matt you bring that up for me. I hope AUDI could bring back the previous RS speedometer graphic as an option at least.
