Modern cars have massive frontal areas and that Porsche is more than a full ton heavier than the VW. That electric motor is what get's it the jump in the roll-ons, but after that you can't argue with physics. Also, HOW is that Porsche nearly 2. 5 tons? I can understand full electric cars being heavy because they need enough batteries to supply laptops for a medium sized business but aren't car Body-In-White weights getting lighter? How much crap did Porsche put in that thing!

WHAAATTT THE FIRST RACE GOES TO THE LEAST POWERFUL CAR WITH A 4-CYLINDER ENGINE? :D Omg Sally is a legend now -- I'm not gonna lie, her launch was amazing- That VW was gone- The weight and the dual clutch definitely helps, but the engine is still only a 4-cylinder engine, but damn it was amazingly powerful. And still it kept up with the Porsche in a rolling race?

Thank you so much for the vid! Despite vast entertainment it helped to not make a biggest mistake in my life - the intent to get 53 amg, Porsche isnt just faster its way more practical and has twice less fuel consumption. Poor amg should-ve got it as an electric hybrid on top of petrol engine

The amount of Boy racers trying to burn up the Missus in her T-Roc R is very amusing and satisfying. She drives like Miss Daisy but occasionally lessons have to be handed out.
