This might be the most important Honda Civic in the world. It might look silly today, but this Civic Si represents everything that made a tuner car cool in the early 2000s. From the carbon fiber hood to sub woofer seat delete, this Civic Si has just about everything youd expect to find on a tuner car from the era. But its more than a bunch of fancy parts: this 2000 Honda was one of the most influential cars of the tuner movement. Want a Donut shirt or sticker? Visit

Ford and Dodge Started the 4 bangers. Ford's Turbo Mustang in 83, 84. Then Escort Gt 86to94. Dodge with the Omni and Daytona Coupe both Turbo's also in the 80s. But wait in the 70s Ford also had the Escort RS 4 banger. The tuner guy's didn't start up til after my Generation. Late 80s 90s my Generation would open our Exhaust on our 4 bangers. My 87 Escort Gt sounded like a V8 on idle til I juiced it. For a 4 banger It sounded damn good with my custom Exhaust I built. Now my Exhaust I built ended up built by someone else 5 years later. If I knew what I know now I would have put a patent on it. So I could have gotten paid me and my crew. Sucks so now I tell people have an ideal patent it so it can't be stolen.

i love you guys but its obvious this guy doesn't know too much about the car its self. hell i don't know much about the car other then its a civic. no real hate on the guy or the video because it did deliver good information however as someone thats watched everyone of your videos i dont think the civic was done too much justice. the car was just sold by some one who didnt know anything about the car other then what was told to him or he read via wiki. again i super hate hating and will continue to watch every single video you produce. just some criticism for no real reason. ps i love you guys lol

EDIT: It's _Connor, the android sent by CyberLife_ from Detroit: Become Human Also known as Bryan Dechart I mean - look at the two side by sideFrankly - I still love the tuner cars of the 2000s. There are a lot of ricers, but a well done car is still amazing, I don't feel the need to go minimalist all the time. -Also - mister Jeremiah here reminds me of someone, but I can't quite put my finger to it, and it bothers me now. How dare you do that to me? How dare you remind me of someone but I can't remember who? WHY? -

I remember this car, Loved it then and love it now, I was driving a 1995 civic 2 door teal green lowered with Neuspeed springs and tokiko shocks on 17s front and rear and lower rear strut and tie bars with neuspeed anti sway bars, 600 worth of stainless steel exhaust with a DC sports header and dc sports intake, never went any further with it as at 18 when I bought the car it was everything I could do to make the payments and INS. payments, Bought my civic in 99

ew, that's gross. WHAT? Hell no the hood is a little over the top but the car as a whole looks insanely good Then. I get sad when cars get crushed. so I'm glad it didn't. Lastly, LET GO OF THAT MODEL CAR BOX The owner of that model must be crying man We could hear the box being twisted. ugh.

In all honesty. it looks really nice. No crazy color schemes (except the seats, wheels look really nice, engine bay is a bit tacky but clean. If this car was just repainted all black, engine bay wasnt colored and there were no crazy audio systems in the back this car would be lit in todays standards

To be honest, knowing that this car is not all cosmetics but really bangs under its hood, I really dig the style. It is not that oversaturated with 2000s styling stuff (relatively speaking, and really could be a tuner car from nowadays. Except the rear bumper, that may be a bit too grilly.

Now let's see if this car will startThe car cranks but does not start. How can a car with a twenty-year-old battery actually still crank? Come on donut media, if you at least put a battery in it you could have freshened up the gas as well so we could hear that thing run.

For future refernces it will be good to explain more about the engine, such as the engine type, code etc. For instance is this a B16 or B18? Is it stock engine or a hybrid (B16 head with B18 bottom end. Just saying. If you are gonna do something do it properly.

I instantly recognized that car from the tiny hotwheel I had as a kid, every NFS game I would customize a car to be red with a carbon fiber hood cause I digged the look. Had no idea it was a real car. Glad it didn't get crushed.
