Does a BIGGER Radiator Actually Do Anything? Lindsay: More power, more heat to get rid of under full load for a start as your engines thermal efficiency is pretty constant. Also adding turbos retains heat in the engine bay that would normally be squirted out the exhaust, especially if water cooled which dumps that heat straight into the cooling system, and intercoolers in front of the radiator (a popular mod) will restrict airflow to the radiator as well.
Basically upgrading the radiator so it doesn't overheat under high loads makes the power output potential of the car real instead of hypothetical and only on the coldest day.

Just use a straight pick
Always nice when a professional validates my random decisions.
Funny story, I found a sunflower seed in the last radiator I bought. I don't understand how that happens, but it was off a 1979 motorcycle, so I guess weird shit happened in the last 41 years.

18: 56 it may nod add any horsepower but it removes the parasitic loss coming from the crank having to move that fan when needs-be. So, technically, it restores some HP when you go electric. So, theres that.

im honestly really happy you guys started this series! i feel like im learning alot and really had fun watching you guys have fun. hope its not the end of the miata and maybe this series in general!

You guys are obsessed with spreading miss-information about coolant. Water boils at a lower temp than coolant, hence why coolant is a thing and why people don't use water in cooling systems.

Replaced my radiator tubes lines without switching out the thermostat in my old YJ. Ended up blowing a head gasket and a whole in one of my pistons. ended up dropping an i6 from a Cherokee.

Cant wait to see what this baby can do more than a lap lol on the track. Keep it up guys!
Also whats the next project car gonna be after this? M3 from the 90s? Or maybe a Supra?

I mean, the car isn't ready for you to be driving it. No cooling system can beat the heat Zac is outputting. I mean Zac is literally the single hottest being alive on this planet.

Did you guys hear about Gavin newsom's new law he signed about combustion engines being banned for sale in California in 15 years? Thumbs or. Leave a comment below
