The people whose controlling subaru and mitsubishi are playing with u guys. they practically got almost similar geometry throughout the years even the spare parts are from same OEM. Colin Mcrae never lose to anybody he doesn't care the win more than his limit his soul his heart his passion. Subaru lost by 1 point in 97 LOL. Mcrae had 5 retirement that year. He doesn't care safe and fast and win driving like Tommi Makinen or Sebastien Loeb (This 2 champions are very very fast driver/racer but Mcrae mind was always FLAT OUT. Hes like Senna who would go to the edge of the corner and beyond the limit of the race Flat out racing Its like a kid playing in the playground with no safety in mind and going all out to have fun Flat OutIf he were to play safe mode with his skills & speed he would easily won 9 world championship of rally

the last model was great but hindered by the gearbox. they tried to push SST as premium but it got a lot of negative feedback at least at my place where it is hot climate. the gearbox overheated even at stock power on circuit racing. Upgrading it is possible with gearbox oil cooler and better components inside the gearbox but it just so much hassle and expensive. the manual meanwhile receive 5 speed gearbox. indeed a step back from previous model which got 6 speed. based on this two, it is my opinion that the ix model were much better. although i don't discount there are tuners who push 400whp++ on the x but it will a chore either upgrading the SST or stuck with the 5 speed gearbox.

Honestly I fell in love with Mitsubishi back when I saw the first Starion hit the US shores as a Dodge Daytona. I had just given up on Mopar after my 5th Torqueflight Transmission disintegrated and then this Daytona came out and I thought, Oh maybe they are getting their shit together. Then my friend Roger told me that Dodge just rebadged everything Mitsubishi and sold them as their own. Mitsubishi Eclipse, 3000 GT, Starion, all ended up with Dodge logos. That was when I realized, American cars were no longer my thing and I found the Lancer. Unfortunately I found it when they were still doing the Evo VI so I had to wait 2 more iterations but my obsession never ended.

Thats funny because my ex named Jessica bought one and 06 Evo nine and what I did to it for her being a mechanic Z06 guys are always upset that a girl was raping them on the streets And then the unthinkable happened we broke up and although I offered her 1000 a month until I paid her for the car to keep it in her garage she traded it in for a BMW 535 Xi. Saddest day of my life. She also had a 2005 STI and I can tell you I like driving to Evo hole Lot more was just more fun the STI stock suspension was a little too bouncy for me.

Since Crossover's sell like hot cakes, i would certanlly do an EVO crossover SUV but it will be called the Outlander Evolution, its purpose is to continue the Pajero's Rally Legacy, i'll take the Eclipse Cross body, rename it and redisign it to stop killing the eclipse's legacy and create its own as a family car that can go literally everywhere. And you can set it to be boring asf for vanilla people or set it up to take off the virginity of unexplored lands.

Compared to Subaru, I must say that Mitsubishis all wheel drive kicked ass. It was ahead of its time and from a performance perspective it was pure bliss. Yeah Subaru did keep its WRX STI line of cars alive, but have you driven one lately? Those cars havent changed a bit in all these, at least no changes for the better. If you own one from 2013, that is pretty much the same car theyre making every year

The no frills Evo 1 makes sense for tuners. Steel wheels etc etc, means your buying it cheap and the money saved used towards wheels and other goodies of your choice. Further to that, you can pretty much mod the car to your liking knowing that there isnt any parts wasted. They should re-implement this ethos.

I seriously would buy an Evo, but now that they're discontinued and not being improved upon. i'm going to clears throat. buy. tears up a subie wrx sti in all seriousness, the subie looks good but how much better would the Evo be if it was still being improved

My first sight of the lancer was in gran turismo 3 the one with photo realistic car models. I thought the lancer was the coolest thing ever and wished I could use it outside rally stages because it was just so nippy

Id rather have an STI. A 2004 STI. And for something I would want you to give me I would say a 2004 STI in Blue with Silver or Gold wheels, 2004 STI in Silver with Gold wheels, or 2004 STI in Black with Silver or Gold wheels
