You kept mentioning how great it was to have a sports car with a hatch. You have to do the Z4M Coupe if you like sports cars with hatches. I have one (Sacramento) and recently took a weekend trip with a friend and my dog, and got all our supplies, dog kennel included, and had a wonderfully comfy trip. She s a lap dog though, for sure. Anyways, unloaded once there, and I had a small RWD inline-6 powered sports car to have fun with.

I purchased a 2017 focus st, then got rid of it for an 18 ST. Overall I ve owned one for 4 years. Originally I looked at a GTI but it was almost too clinical. The ST is rough around the edges which makes it playful at the limit, unlike the GTI. Plenty of space and plenty fun. I ll be keeping mine for a long time and will also keep it stock.

Doug, I think you should review the Cadillac ATS (2013-2014) with the 3. 6 V6. I just bought one for an incredibly good deal and its so highly underrated with 321 HP, Brembo brakes, and fully loaded with driver assist tech. They are insanely awesome cars and a lot of people dont know how great they are! Check one out

Last night I was (allegedly) casually racing a Focus ST, and as we came up on a red light they locked up their brakes, spun out (into the intersection, and crashed into a telephone pole.
The traction control off switch being the sport mode might have contributed to that (thank god they didn't hit anyone else)

you really need to rethink the quality score.
if a mini gets a 7 and the ford only a 5 despite being eons ahead in reliability, then theres something inherently wrong with the score or reliability has to be a separate category.

How in the world can you put this wonderful hatchback at the same handling tier as you did the Evo X? The ST's are great, sharp cars, but the Evo X was given a 6 when it should have been given a 9. I am confused and disheartened.

Me: Why am I watching Doug tell me about the quirks and features of my own car?
Doug: QUIRKS AND FEATURES
Me: Oh look at all the differences between Gen1 and Gen2 (and all the ST3 features I didn't cough up for )
