I'm sure this thing is a blast to drive, but I can't say I'm a big fan. Seems to be a lot of things that done differently for no reason other than to be different (See also: Windows 11, and I suspect these are going to become impossible to maintain pretty quickly with all the electronics (especially with one giant single point of failure in the screen) Tesla is clearly doing something right here (it seems like every tenth car on the road around here now is a Tesla) but I suspect they're leaving a lot of room open for disruption in this space. Sure a fast EV like this would be fun, but I'd rather feel like I'm driving a car, not a UFO.

I understand that there's quite a difference in the person who can afford a 2. 5million hypercar and someone who can afford a 150k car, but sorry. regular people cannot afford to spend 150k on a car. Regular people in your circle maybe Doug, but that perhaps shows just how out of touch you are with the vast majority of people watching these videos.

In my experience, the Credit Card key is the one people use. My parents, sister and her husband all have Teslas and they all either just keep the card in their wallet or even better, use their phone. The actual key fob things are all in some drawer somewhere.

This car is such a pointless gimmick Accelerates really quick, but with an overly complicated interior, questionable quality issues.
Good thing is that they are helping to push all the industry forward, so in few years time, all cars will be better.

Doug - I respectfully disagree. Not too screeny if you use voice commands. Example: Open Glovebox. Maybe you can include a review of the use of voice commands? The future is the use of voice commands not providing lots of knobs and switches. :)

Am I right in saying this isn t actually the fastest 0-60 production car ever or the quickest 1/4 mile time? Im fairly sure the Rimac Nevera is slightly faster 0-60 and does 1/4 mile in 8. 5 seconds. Although only 150 of them are being made

Tesla quality is shit. The paint has been like that in every tesla. The door handles had the same problems back in 2012. It seems they dont care to fix the problems. Tesla will have the same reputation in 20 years as 90s Chrysler has now.

this car have insta tork so the launch it almost like a bullet from a rifle but low top speed, all of that expected from electric cars.
