Doug I m not sure you re aware of this but the amount of vents has nothing to do with why it robs power from the car, it has everything to do with running the AC compressor. The vents are run off and electric blower which does not create a load on the engine. However the clutch is on the AC compressor do

I m sure a lot guys are thinking, let s modify the engine and suspension and tires. A Honda Gold Wing 1, 833 cc (111. 9 cu in) water-cooled flat-six, SOHC, 4 valves per cylinder. Should fit nicely

Oh Doug, never change. The amount of airflow and venting has nothing to do with how much power the A/C in any system takes. Phase change takes a lot of power, not a 30W fan.

some bikes get nearly 100hp out of a 650cc engine, even without a turbo. I guess swapping a honda cbr engine would work, and revving at 10000 must be really fun on that: )
