2021 Chevy Blazer review! The 2021 Chevy Blazer is a disappointment -- and a mistake. In a world of nostalgic, cool SUVs, Chevy burned the Blazer name by giving us this one, a boring crossover. Here's my review of the 2021 Chevy Blazer, including some of the quirks and features - and a review of the Blazer's driving experience. Eric: That is typical for GM crossovers I'm surprised Chevy Malibu and Camaro last a long time as the last of the four-door sedan and muscle car, but Chevy got five crossovers in there lineup and all a boring piece of garbage ass appliance on four wheels for non-car minded people that don't know diddly-squat about cars and don't know the meaning of the word fun cars in the process. So if you're a GM fan boy or girl, do not get offended, because it's the truth and GM is behind the times.

It's your system, it's subjective, it isn't what YOU want, and I get that. I too am a fan of the old Blazer/Bronco style of meaty bulky SUV/Truck. Outsider perspective though, Blazer is the most stylish SUV on the market at the moment in my opinion. If they add a v8 engine package, I would get it immediately. I'm tempted to go get the v6 version and trade in my Jeep. SUV version of the Camaro is a big selling point for people with families that don't want to drive mini-vans, and don't want to pay for G-Wagons.

GM went nearly bankrupt like three times in the last 25 years, and the US government always come at the last minute to save them. Why waste efforts being efficient when in the end someone else is going to assume the consequences for your fails? GM executives know that as long as the company don't crash suddenly the government will bail them out in the end, so they focus on their bonus and bureaucracy, not in running the company successfully.

Even if you compare it to the S-10 Blazers, they were actually considered good and capable off-road vehicles. I personally had an 89 GMC Jimmy 4x4 and bone stock it did amazing in the snow in the VA mountains as well as being capable and reliable for a lot of south GA swamp mudding. I was in my early 20s and really beat the hell out of that truck. I don't this modern version could go down a smooth dirt road without problems.

I think even though GM would be late they should leave the blazer as the ( s10 ) and revive the K5 nameplate and turn that into a bronco jeep competitor. Making it big rugged and ( reliable ) would put gm on the map. Hell even expand the trail boss package like the trx and the badlands, and put it on the upgraded silverado, tahoe, colorado, and make a K5 trail boss edition.

Well. it looks better in this video, but it's still not even a proper S-10 Blazer replacement, let alone full-size Blazer replacement! I mean, it's an awesome looking vehicle, yes. but it's NOT A F ING BLAZER! Now, it would be PERFECTLY cool with me if GM were to make this the spiritual replacement for the long-dormant Tracker, but.

Chevy not only oversaturated their lineup with 7 confusingly structured crossovers/SUVs, they brought back unrelated names for them. How do you go from the Trailblazer being a beast with an optional 6. 0L V8 to Chevy's second smallest offering with a 1. 2L three-pot?

To make matters worse, gm sells a trailblazer built on the Colorado/d-max platform overseas that performs well off-road is fairly well equipped and is cheaper than the 4runner, so they have the car but maybe they recon it won't be worth it to bring it to the statea

I wouldn't necessarily knock the video yeah is it a disappointment however I'm sure general motors in their research team did a huge analysis in regards to government vehicles along with rental car markets this is where the car probably shines.

Maybe they make this for globe market.
There is no bronco in China. 4runner and wrangler are over ninety thousand dollar.
But blazer is only about thirty. So it is a good deal for family SUV.
