What in the actual hell is up with Turo? Who loads up their expensive new cars with horrifying chrome door-guards. then lets every Jane Doe and/or Joe Blow drive it around. unsupervised? How can Turo cars even be insured? Nobody drives my new Hi-Po Luxury SUV and farts into the seat cushions but Yours TrulyAnything else offends me. if you put your beautiful new vehicle up on Turo, I honestly just assume you cant actually afford it. and how then can I trust your credibility as far as maintenance and safety? CmonIts not far from being a vehicular prostitution ring, is it. and you could catch some pretty awesome diseases and/or arrests from said guests that spent a weekend with your new baby)Gross. Hard-Pass. Id actually like to see new used-vehicle window-stickers upgraded to indicate whether the vehicle was Turod. because chances are they were abused far harder than airport rental-cars. Yuck. No. Ill drive my own, thanks. I know where shes been.

Most expensive piece of shit ever It looks like it would break down within a few months of owning or leasing it. That gear shift selector will go out in less than an year. The only option is to get a tow truck since you cant manually shift gears any other way. Also not recognizing the key. that will happen at the worst time like when its cold and snowy the damn thing will freeze up and lock you inside a non running car. It looks cool but not worth your money. Youre better off buying a Honda Odyssey minivan to haul your fat family around than this luxury suv.

16: 11 - is Jaguar quality and reliability still really all that questionable? my Jag XF (last year they made the V8) is will reach 5 years old this summer and it's been pretty much perfect. other than service and general brake wear and tear, literally only thing that broke was a coolant tank leak. putting total repair costs at less than 1500 USD. I know that's the reputation from the 80s through the 00s but the few people I know with early-mid '10s XJs and XFs pretty much have no problems. dunno about F-Types or older XKs tho haha.

Sorry Doug but I disagree with you on this one, I think its a great looking SUV that competes with the smaller models in the segment like the Q5, Macan, XC40 etc and I believe is based underneath on a Land Rover. It has a lot of kit and is reasonably priced, there are a lot more average models out than this. And Im not just saying this because Im British too, although we are proud of the Jaguar Heritage. Oh and its pronounced Jag you are and not Jag warr.

The button is a safety while driving with snow, used in mountains, with iced roads there was no way to stop with the brakes but pressing the button stopped the car in safety. There is a whole option page fro the light and it can change the color, you can't find it in the small screen (it has a much better 12 inch one as a optional. The key logo is there to show that under there you can find the mechanical lock.

I didn't like this review. He disliked it from the get go & all his aim was to discredit it. We didn't even get to see what the back of the thing looked like. I am very disappointed in this review & to know I usually like Doug's style. I don't know the vehicle, i actually had to find another YouTube review of it to actually see what the car looks like & what it is about.

In the part that he speaks about the key, that doesn't mean that they have production problems I mean the key could have a faulty battery or something it doesn't mean that their engineering has problems it could easily be a problem with the key you know. Maybe the key had fallen multiple times something like that

Wasn't expecting anything else from Jaguar. people buy them in Europe with a 2. 0diesel engine which means 163HP- factor in a family of four going on holiday, luggage and the A/C on and you can imagine the level of performance one can enjoy - like you said it AVERAGE or BELOW for what they cost - NOT worth it.

Easy to forget that, as well as most other British companies, Jaguar was sold to the highest bidder in its day and is no longer British per se, so probably they (i. e. everyone currently working for Jaguar) no longer give a damn about its heritage and what's expected from this company in terms of engineering

When I take my Range Rover for service I get a Jaguar F Pace and I love it. It is easy to maneuver, quiet and amazingly quick. This is for 2019 Jaguar F Pace SuV. I can recognize a Jaguar in the street, not longer you could a Mercedes because they all look like their cheaper Asian competitors
