Doug constantly misuses the term automatic/automatically, like when he's describing the door closing feature. Auto means self. An automatic transmission shifts itself; it knows when to shift gears and does so without any human input. Automatically dimming headlights dim themselves when there's another car approaching, without a human having to do anything to alert it. The doors on the Cullinan, at least as Doug demonstrates their use, do not close automatically. They close electrically, or perhaps hydraulically, but a human still has to tell them when to close. They're not automatic in any sense.

With the money it costs to buy the Cullinan, you could have THREE 2020 Lincoln Navigators which are, IMHO, aesthetically and technologically VASTLY superior to to this Rolls. and no need to hide the hood ornament ('cause there ain't one. This is simply a status symbol for ultra-rich soccer Moms who will never learn to use half the gizmos the Rolls is packing, but will be continually annoyed by her children who will definitely not be afraid to play with them ALL when she's driving them to dressage practice.

Among other things they blew it with that tiny little analog clock that is a good meter away from the driver, is too small, lacks all of the hour digits (missing number 1 through 12 inclusively, and cannot even be swiveled a bit so it can be seen. What a joke for half a million bucks. Half a mil does not seem to get you as much today as in the good old golden days.

I don't like how huge its hood is. How do you go off-roading if you can't see what's in front and around you? How do you drive it through tight spaces? SUV? More like a hip luxury minivan or big sedan. This seems like just a fashion car, like ripped jeans. I honestly wouldn't buy it for 50, 000 (assuming I couldn't just sell it for the difference)

In the 115 years that the marqe has existed, Roll Royce have built some lovely cars. Cars with beautiful curves that flowed into each other with mesmerizing shapes and swirls like milk into coffee. This is not one of those cars. This thing is horrendous. An abomination that is unpleasant to look at from any angle.

Doug, now you just answered your own question. Since you stated the chauffeur will be chaining those tyres so that make more sense Rolls Royce put that analog clock towards the passenger side and cave seen better sitting on the rear right in which case it the Big Boss.

This is a Rolls Royce. Even the screens have analog clocks. Hahahahaha. I'm not a jealous person, but this car is just silly. SUV stands for sports utility vehicle. Imagine going kayaking or camping or hunting or hang-gliding, or even off roading in this car? Hahaha.

Let Us Not Forget about upcoming Ferrari Purosangue and Aston Martin DBX. Personally I think Ferrari's Greatest Mistake. Aston Martin DBX looks good and you can just feel that Aston Needed It. Another SUV Disgrace in my opinion is the F Pace From Jaguar.

The word I hate most about this car is - Goodwood. Brits have proven time and again that they cannot make electrics work. So, however much you pay for this car today, tomorrow your chauffeur will drive it to the dealer to fix one electric toy or another. BLEH

Why isnt the 8mage of the Cullinan the same color as the vehicle in the 360 camera view? You said that was how it is in the black Phantom you reviewed, so either youre wrong and theyre all black or they cheapd out on the worlds most expensive SUV.
