I Can t Believe People are Still Buying This Crappy SUV
video description
Here s what will likely happen to that old X6:
1. Gasket leaks.
a. Valve cover
b. Oil pan
2. Transfer case actuator switch failure.
3. Radiator expansion tank will crack.
4. VANOS sensor replacement which will unbelievably require another valve cover gasket replacement. Oh, and the dealership won t recommend addressing the VANOS issue the first damn time you have the valve cover gasket replaced.
5. Front differential.
6. Then, rear differential.
In addition to what you paid for that car, you ll likely spend another 10, 000. 00 on repairs. And that s if you also have an indy mechanic do a lot of the work.
Get rid of it.

Bought a used 2006 Dodge Durango from a grandma who only pulled it out during winter. 197, 000. Runs well and seems somewhat sound with zero leaks or seepage. Question, during the first two minutes of warm up, it sounds like noisy lifters/diesel, then disappears. Put in Mopar 5/20 and filter recently thinking it was the oil filter. Still makes the noise, any idea as to what it may be. Is it a sign that the oil pump may be thinking about going out soon?

Where do I submit questions?
I ll put it here just in case but if someone can tell me I d greatly appreciate it.
Question: I have a 2019 Honda Civic Sport that I m using for a job that requires 300 miles a day. Should I spend a few thousand dollars on an old hybrid or should I take advantage of the car I m already paying a bunch of money for and run it until the wheels fall off?

Scotty I am looking at buying a 1997 Nussan Maxima with 270, 000 miles
It is overheating, brakes are squeaking, engine is making knocking noise, there is a hole in muffler, the paint is peeling, the tires are bald, car shakes at 30+ mph, the transmission is sleeping, the check engine light is on.
The owner wants 7, 000 dollars, should I buy this car?

Hey Scotty I just bought a 2017 Honda Accord, but the first week I had it the battery died on it. We jumped it took it over to O'Reilly's and they said the battery is still good. I noticed in most Honda's they put a small battery in the car. When it is finally time to change it should I put a bigger battery or the same size Honda put in there?
