Here\'s Why Cars are Just as Screwed Up as People joseph bendzinski: Scotty You are a very knowledgable mechanic. However, you are also a great entertainer. For some reason you make me laugh. Love it. However, by now you must be worth more than President Trump because you are so frugal with every dollar. Do not take this as a put down, because my father was the same - and I think he passed a great deal of that on me.

Since I have been watching you for about a year - I have learned a big chunk of info on cars. One thing I did was to buy a jeep cherokee (2017. Brand new on December 1, 2916 the anniversary edition w/4 wheel drive and 8 speed automatic. I hope that it does last. Prior to that my previous vehicle was a jeep also and it was 11 years old and I never had a major problem with it. I had to get a new car because my 11 year old jeep was totaled by an accident. (It was parked in my driveway and a truck ran off the road in front of my house and demolished it) So I got the 2017. I am not a heavy driver. My jeep has 6, 223. 00 miles. I really hope it does not poop out on the road.

i love carcomplaints. com i spread it out so it does not get flagged, i like showing people who come out to my place with some pile of junk they want to buy. and then i just let it soak into their brain for a minute and if they are still set on buying the car, then i change my tune and say great, buy it, then 2 days later after they buy it, ooh look who needs work on their JUNK i told them to not buy. i dont charge them for looking at it because i know i will get paid days later many more times than any inspection fee i was going to charge them,

Hey Scotty I got a question So my 2006 Nissan Altima 2. 5s runs good but there are some problems. the first main issue is that the AC works super good but when ever I use it and hit the brakes or use the brakes it makes this super high pitch squeak sound and when I pop the hood it shakes the belt and makes it a little loose but not dangerously loose. But Ive been driving it forever and all summer and its a beast of a vehicle. how can I fix this at home before going to the mechanic

Sports cars up here in the Northwest are all waaaay overpriced. I've seen Syders with 145, 000 sell for 6-8 grand. My 06 MK5 GTI with 115, 000 cost me 5700. I know it falls apart quick with my track day affairs, but it's an amazingly fun car to drive. Take care of it and it won't fail easy. Don't and it'll fall apart and fail on you. Don't be discouraged though, I highly recommend a test drive at least, and maybe you'll fall in love like I did.

Scotty I dont own the car anymore but the biggest head scratcher I ever had was a car that would oscillate the idle speed from about 400rpm up to like 1200rpm every 3 sec or so with nothing on; but the second I put the AC on the idle would be smooth as silk at 750 15+ years later, think it was a valve like that or the compressor going bad? All these years & thats one that haunts me that I never could really diagnose

CAR PROBLEMS: I came to a complete stop the other night and felt a hard thud. When I went to go it would not budge. Only would go in reverse. Couple days later I can get it to move in drive but it periodically will slip where the RPMS climb but the car just isn't matching it. 2008 pontiac g6 gt 130, 000 on it. No prior problems

TO HELL WITH SHELL. my uncle drove a semi for Shell Refinery about 10 years ago after putting in 35 years service. He told me Brand Name Stations Are A Waste Of Your. American Gasoline ALL Has To Meet Federal Requirements. So As Long As You Fill Up In USA. Your Getting The Same Gasoline At All Stations.
