Salamou Aleykoum folks! I wanted to review this train since a long long time! It's finally here! Let's review what's like to travel onboard a overnight train in Morocco. A lot of good ideas. ! - TRIP INFORMATION - RECORDED IN OCTOBER 2021 Railroad company: ONCF Train type: Corail and E1400 From: Marrakech to Tangier Time: 9h22 Price: 322 MAD - 30- - $34
Date: 2024-01-09

You all need to search before putting any map, flag, informarion. especially about a REAL, old, beautiful country like Morocco.
You devided the country into two while both history and reality shows the opposite. Moroccan lands include the Western Moroccan desert/sahara, it was taken back from Spain a long time ago, a little bit of research next time!
The Eastern is still under France 2. soon will be under its kingdom too

I read on a travel forum that the Tangier/Marrakesh sleeper cabs may be no longer available starting April 2022? I am planning to go this summer and a big part of my plans were to take the sleeper train from Tangier to Marrakesh. There is no way I can do that trip if i have to sit in a seat for 10 hours overnight. Does anyone have an update on if this is still running with a sleeper? Thank you.
reply

Hello! I saw on the official website that for the overnight train from Marrakech to Tangier, which departs at 9pm, only first and second class seats are available for sale, but the pictures show seats. Are there actually sleeper berths where you can sleep on the train? Thank you for your answer!

Where did you book this single night time tickets? I looked at ONCF, it appears they dont have the 9: 00PM trains. Am I looking at the wrong location? Please share a link to book the night train! Merci!

What a wonderful journey! I'd like to recommend another trip in Morocco, from Fez to Ouejda. The remarkable thing about this train is that it runs on fuel rather than electricity.

I think the other train will go to Oujda or Nador because the last time I traveled to Morocco I took the night train from Rabat to Oujda, it looks a lot like this train

How easy was it to just turn up and buy? I'm concerned about the train being booked out. I've found a few websites online but kind of confusing what I'm booking.

Should've reported that hanging temp regulator to the staff, there are technicians on the train that would solve the issue to avoid the risk of electrocution

Nice video and the comments reflect the ethnic conflicts that go on there instead of respecting Morocco people as a whole no matter race religion etc

The train: uhh here we are? At sidi kacem at 3am? Me: -wakes up- what the f-ck sidi kacem at 3am thats strange? I hope nobody or monster come here

- from me since you didn-t put the complete Moroccoan Map. You supposed to be careful of that. Not one will like to see his country cut in half
reply

You-re still getting a dislike for using the wrong map of Morocco. Educate yourself about your next destinations and most importantly RESPECT them.

Hi buddy the other train that u saw in SIDI Kacem was going to Oujda. Hope u enjoyed and Ur Always welcome in our country. A Railway man

First, before you enter Morocco, do not put an incomplete map of Morocco or go back to your country where you came from
reply

Could have electrocuted you. Should have asked for different sleeping car but that's normal in third world countries.

Unfortuntely this station is only for foreigners, rich, and tourist, cause marocain people cant afford to use it!

Everything is good, there is only one mistake in the map of Morocco, that is not the map of Morocco
