Day 26: How I cured my Eczema after 57 years nuclear: Since I've gone vegan (like exactly the day after I transitioned) my eczema has never been so bad. I don't know if maybe I'm eating some new food(s) since going vegan that I didn't know I was allergic to or what. I just don't get it. I've felt amazing in every other aspect of my life since going vegan, besides my eczema. My skin is great as far as pimples and whatnot but it's just so irritated. I'm embarrassed to even go out in public without sleeves/makeup on because it's everywhere. I think I just need a prescription sadly. I'm making sure to get ALL my nutrients. I've tried EVERYTHING else and nothing works for me personally besides prescribed creams.

So nice to see how proud you are of your mom. I'm the same age as your mother and have only been vegan for 30 days. You are so talented and smart thanks for sharing with us. you inspire people of all ages and you are being so blessed for doing so. I work hard everyday in my heating business of 30 years but put on 25 extra pounds. I would like to work another 5 plus more years. and in just 30 day's with your plan what a difference. I'm so incuraged my waist is shrinking along with my weigh. My energy is incredible so thanks so very much. God bless you and will include you in my prayers.

This is amazing to hear and I'm so happy for your mum. I tried going vegan about a year ago and my eczema had a crazy flare up (which I assumed was my body detoxing, I was so lethargic and eventually got depressed. It started to get better and I thought this was finally the answer to my lifelong eczema, but it plateaued after 6 months so I went back to my normal western diet. I want to try again but I'm so scared of going through that horrible detox again: (

Hi I have had eczema all my life but only recently it's been really bad on my hands, spreading slowly up to the nail and along my palm too. I've been eating hclf vegan for about 40 days now. Angelina Huynh said I should avoid sweet fruit and starches but that's what I eat the most of, bananas persimmons dates potato and rice! :( that's why I love this lifestyle because they are my fav foods. What do I do? What did your mother eat to overcome eczema?

It's still amaze me just how lots of people have no idea about Noboremed Secrets (just google search it) despite the fact that a lot of people cures their skin problem safely using it. Thanks to my pal who told me about it. I've eliminated my skin issue for good with natural ways.

I've been a vegan (normal not raw) for 2 months and I've found that my skin has got a lot worse, it is so dry and the creams I have been using for years don't seem to be working anymore. Is this because I'm not getting enough of something? Has this happened to anyone else?

shortness of breath. I've tried to join your bananaa site but I don't
know the name of your dog. Where and how do I get started on on 30
bananas a day. Please help me!

4: 50 It could have just been the dairy and not the meat! Dairy is a common said cause of eczema, but meat is not. Others are nightshades, peanuts, eggs, fish, depending on the person. She probably doesn't have to stop eating meat.

Aww your relationship with your Mum is so nice: ) I really want to make my parents go vegan! I know they won't do it fully but if they see me thriving and healthy I hope I can persuade them: )
