ok its a year and half but dawn dish soap and vinegar for mopping the floor added benefits is it kills fleas and safe to give your animals a bath in. -After trying different commercial cleaners, we decided to mix one part Dawn dish soap and to two parts white vinegar, which I had on hand, in a bucket and mopped the floor with the soapy mixture. How it actually worked: The combo was a winner and brought the floor (almost) back to its original glory. -

also good for bugs. I see some of the plants have holes in the leaves spray this mixture on the top and bottom of the leaves Bug killer without the harsh chemicals. . Bug killer without the harsh chemicals. DIY- bowl ( I used a butter container, a tablespoon or so of dish soap (dawn) about 1/4c to 1/2c of vinegar and filled the rest with water and set it outside. I made this batch 2 days ago and there are flies, g
nats and spiders dead in it!

To make an eco-friendly mop, I would get a stick and sand it down so it's smooth, and then get an old t-shirt or an old towel and cut it into strips. Then you tie the fabric strips onto the stick with rope.
