LOL- off grid living, lol. These people do not want to work so they pretend to live off grid. Ask you for money so they can continue not working. Plus U-tube pays them. Hi! It would be great if you can label what you are adding in your coffee, plants as your planting them and ingredients you use to cook! I-m always catching myself trying to guess what you are adding to your garden or food. Love your videos and your journey! Thank you for sharing!

you can dry your elderberry and mix it with rice and cook, when you cook your rice, put couple of spoon oil, specially virgin olive oil or sun flower oil, or natural butter and off course salt, little turmeric it becomes very tasty, even if you eat alone.

Have you thought of draping mosquito netting around the perimeter of the property? I think the mosquitos only fly at certain elevation and you could leave the top open if you go high enough. Those tiny buggers would drive me mad!

I see the mosquito problem. Please take my advise. Make a big zapper based off of a microwave magnetron. High voltage, low amps, positive and negative massive grid. No bugs: )
