With the chipotle story I cant help but get irritated. the man pictured is not even someone that could blend in or be mixed up with a different person. he has a pretty unique appearance as far as his hair style and such. Im not trying to be stereotypical because trust me I know yall already get enough of that crap. but theres no way this kid has someone looking similar to him with that hair style and everything. it has nothing to do with race at this point but sadly they pulled that card. I really hope that woman gets her job back because Im sure she was just trying to prevent another theft, it should be on chipotles shoulders that they did not properly train their employees on what to do in a circumstance such as this even after it had happened once. it is a shame that this happened and she couldve handled it better but I honestly think it wouldve ended badly no matter what she said or did. Call the cops=race cardMake the burrito=another theft and the I got away with it tweets Ask to pay before making the food= race card.

I personally hope the manager just turns it down and works somewhere else. She doesn't need to put up with that crap. As for when u brought up the Starbucks incident, I watched the full video, If it is the one I am thinking of. The guys made a big deal about her saying they had to buy something. U cannot hang in a place like that and not purchase something. I am white and was told the exact same thing in Mcdonalds. Cops were not called, Because I didn't argue, I purchased a coffee. And then they had no issue. The Starbucks employee even tells them, That they need to buy something. She never mentioned anything about race, Until talking on the phone because they do ask what race someone is. I do think in this case, The manager saved the store from a theft and shouldn't have been fired. Sadly when I watched the video, Some still believe she is guilty.

Phil I love your show, but your depiction of two black dudes getting arrested simply for being in a Starbucks, is a bit disingenuous. They were arrested for refusing to leave. They weren't customers, were asked to make a purchase, refused, were asked to leave, refused, and when the repeatedly refused to leave the manager called the cops, and the charges were later dropped. If someone entered my house, private property, and refused to leave, I would be within my rights to call the cops on them as well. And race isn't always the motivating factor behind this. I have seen white loiters asked to make a purchase, or leave. I have worked in the restaurant industry and have had to ask customers to leave if they do not plan on buying anything, especially if the seats are wanted by paying customers.

Phil you need to let yourself be open to the fact that although the climate is changing humans are not a major cause of it. I am against pollution but I am not against Co2, if you truly believe that humans are having this major impact on temperature because of co2 emissions you are an idiot too. As for Tump talking about forest management you can laugh all you want at his description of it but he is 100% right. The forestry department even said they used to spen 90% of their budget doing forest maintenance (cleaning dead trees shrubs etc) and 10% on fighting forest fires but over time with budget restraints it became the opposite with 90% on fighting fires and only 10% on clearing and maintaining the forests which is the major reason California is having so many troubles today.

I like Donald Trump and know he's wrong about climate change, but I don't really care because I believe it's too late for us and even if we started doing something like a carbon tax and business restrictions, that's not going to suddenly make China (the words biggest cause of pollution) Russia and India to suddenly start doing it as well. They'll just lure our businesses there and we they will take advantage of it and our economy will be worse and theirs better for the sake of nothing. The world's gonna end. It's too late, I'm focusing on economy and jobs.

Mister Trump do us all a favor and google: Atmospheric carbon dioxide from law dome ice cores. This data proves that after the 1900's when humans started burning fossil fuels, that we were affecting the planets climate. If you disagree with this, you might as well disagree that 1+1 = 2. It is astonishing that a country that i supposed to lead the world into a better place, is denying it. yea we all know why, because gas corporations and oil and stuffing money in every presidents pocket to shut up.

They had a hx of dine and dash twice before. The criminals playing victim is nothing new but our culture of victimhood and outrage is just out of control. When a employee losses their job, how they support themselves and their family because of fake outrage is just sad. For the kids who set this employee up, please think if about the bigger picture and how this hurts the real problem of racism and undermines our communities.

This is what we were expecting for the future a decade ago? I don't think so. there should be a time-out island that we start flying people like this to and allow them and other terrible people to be terrible to each other. I'd really pay an anti-PoS tax to do this and just have ramen noodles and koolaid dropped off for them to survive of since they wouldn't be capable of coming together and becoming self sustainable.

As a Californian, it is also important to note that fires are a natural and important part of Californian ecosystems. They. Are. Natural. The reason they have become so devastating recently is because of climate change and population growth among other factors. People are moving into areas regularly historically affected with fires, and it is making them more expensive to deal with and more devastating.
