WOW New Jussie Smollett Bodycam Footage & Scandal, California VS NCAA, & Horrifying Child Detention Fractured Raptor: So wait. The NCAA is against paying students like any other person gets paid? I'm one of those people who thinks sports players are disgustingly overpaid, basically having it easy while the rest of the working class struggles, but even I support the idea that students should be paid something when they're being used to pop up a school, business, or whatever. Either they're for exploiting people who aren't professional yet or there's something going on that I'm missing. If it's the former I'll help Defranco punch the NCAA in the throat. He doesn't deserve special treatment. Nobody does. The full letter of the law should apply to everyone and I hope the Judge's order turns out to be a swift conviction for this scum. The problem with slime like Jussie is he makes it difficult for real cases to be believed. He's hurt countless innocents just because he wanted to pull a stunt to look like something he's not, a real victim of racism. I agree that illegals should be kicked out. What I don't agree with is doing it inhumanely, especially in the case of children. I don't care how young or old you are. If you come into this country illegally you should be sent back to wherever you came from. But you should be fed, have access to hygiene, and be kept warm/cool during your stay at whatever facility is used to house you until you're sent back. You are a human being and you deserve to be treated as such. Jails treat murderers and rapists far better than what I'm hearing, and if it were up to me I'd offer the children and their parents immediate citizenship to compensate for this horrendous treatment of the children and basic human rights. I don't care if it isn't in your job description. If your facillity is stuffed beyond capacity you do what you must to keep the children safe and clean. Even if that means getting on your hands and knees to wash them one by one with clean water and clean rags.

Phil, A couple of comments: 1) I do not support paying athletes as the cost will be offset by tuition increases for students who do not get paid. 2) Glad to see the reopening of the Jussie Smollett investigation. 3) Please go to the DHS and ICE websites and look in the Archive (or at least teach your researchers how to use archives You occasionally present false information in your broadcast because it is researched from CNN/MSNBC/FOX/Google/Facebook - not from the real data. Please read the actual and factual documents they are freely available. The issue at the border has been predicted and ongoing since before 2014. Case in point (all of the below listed documents are available in the DHS/ICE archive - many with Former President Obama's signature): -July 7, 2015 -The 2014 Humanitarian Crisis at our Border: A Review of the Governments Response to Unaccompanied Minors One Year Later -April 15, 2015 - The Presidents Fiscal Year 2016 Budget Request-April 14, 2015 - Oversight of U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement-July 9, 2014 - Challenges at the Border: Examining the Causes, Consequences, and Responses to the Rise in Apprehensions and the Southern Border-June 24, 2014 - Unaccompanied Alien Minors-April 10, 2013 - Border Security: Front-line Perspectives on Progress and Remaining ChallengesThis is not a manufactured crisis. It has been going on for the better part of a decade but has been exacerbated by the increase in immigration over the last few years. This is NOT Trump's fault (despite his other faults. This is the US Congress FAILING to do its job for political reason. Democrat or Republican it does not matter - this issue is a purely on the shoulders of the entire US government. This should have been addressed over 5 years ago. And NOW both political parties are exploiting these people for their own ego trips.

It's absolutely mind boggling to me that my hometown (Clint, Texas) is home for this level of inhumanity under the Trump administration. It's heartbreaking to me to know that these children have been torn from their families and are forced to live in these awful conditions. My aunt who also frequents Clint has shared with me that she's seen busses FILLED with people being transported to an unknown location and said they are moved in the middle of the night. My grandparents also live in Clint and have seen the same thing. I have a cousin who works for the border patrol in El Paso, Texas and has been sent to Clint along with a large number of fellow agents. He shared that they are trying to care for the children to the best of their ability but are not trained to handle that level of care and that's not what they are trained to do obviously. What's even more disturbing is that they were contacted by FEMA and the Red Cross but they were given strict orders to not disclose the exact location of the detention center to help the children when they can provide the level of care that's necessary. I normally never comment on your videos Phil but thank you for continuing to bring light to this awful situation and hopefully this comes to an end soon. I have been watching your videos for years and love everything that you put out Keep up the good work man

The Asylum laws are broken because many of these people are coming from South America and international law says they have to claim asylum in the first country they come to that will allow it. That country would be Mexico the problem is they don't want to be in Mexico so they keep going till they get to America. To make it worse it takes several weeks before you get an Asylum court date so they are released with no where to go with only the stuff they brought. Many reports have it that 90% of Asylum seekers never show back up for their court date after they are released into the country. It is against the law for them to work as an illegal so they are forced to take jobs that don't even pay minimum wage and live in horrible conditions many times sleeping on the streets or at the farming facilities where they are employed. Many of these people are sleeping in the barnes of the farms that hire them illegally to pick produce, there are tons of these places in California and they need shut down because they are taking advantage of people that shouldn't be here anyway and are only making those peoples lives even worse.

Hey, so I'm commenting in response to the call to action you gave to check out the Spanish subtitles. I haven't gotten through the whole video but what I've seen they are mostly well translated subs. The only problem is that, Phil, you are a really fast speaker, I myself am having trouble keeping up reading. But maybe because I'm trying to translate and verify in real time, maybe I'll show my girlfriend the video. She does not speak english very well, maybe she is a better test subject than me. I did also notice an error. Sometimes you say Reportedly and translate that to Supuestamente. The word Supuestamente can be translated as reportedly but it's more used to show doubt in the following statement. Supuestamente should be used to translate from Allegedly, thats a bit more accurate. For Reportedly it would be a bit more complicated, and it means adding more words, but its a more accurate translation to type: se reporta que. That literally translated would be it is reported that. I know its more wordy but I don't think there is a shorter yet accurate translation. More as I continue the video.

Not unaccompanied, but with human trafficking skyrocketing, NOT someone you can send them with without DNA checks. Finally congress is responding, in spite of the media insisting the crisis does not exist. A huge increase in numbers coming thru the dems supporting decriminalizing illegal immigrants and giving them free health care. AOC now declares them torture chambers as pushing NO one should help the kids as is, because trump is president. Seriously, trump caused the increase? HELP THE KIDS and allow actions every president has said they wanted (while every congress did nothing on. It was Obama and Clinton that pushed 'we are a nation of laws'. Encouraging people to pack up for an empty promise of provision should they make it thru gang rapes. when there is nothing for them at present but second class, under the table offers. Microloans and aid is compassion, promises to buy votes for an agenda are not

a few thoughts on the current detention center issues. Facilities are being overwhelmed bu sheer numbers. The House MUST approve increased funding for the creation of more and larger facilities to handle this influx as well as payroll needed to retain workers to better care for these children. The Flores Agreement is a major contributor of these conditions because it clearly states that children cannot be held with adults (read Family Members) for more than 2 weeks. This is why the children are separated from families and put into this detention situation in the first place. This is directly contrary to the judicial ruling you referenced, Phil. SCOTUS needs to revisit the Flores agreement and the Democratic House needs to step back and release the bindings they have placed on this administration to correct these issues. But then, what does a citizen know, right?

15: 44 it's like timcast said in his vids. Fix the humanitarian crisis first. You, in the USA, have something on your hands that doesn't have a comparison in current times (one 1st world country under such pressure). Put politics aside now, help the people, and then when it's all better, resume your political arguing? Maybe, put people first? If you don't make your representatives act now, the situation will deteriorate even more that these centers will actually start looking more and more like those camps? There would not be any electric fence, no mass murder, or anything like that. But there will be malnutrition, disease, lack of sanitation, crime, and death. Make your representatives act to help the situation by releasing those funds The 4. 35Bs are supported by number of Dems as well Those who can, put pressure on AOC to stop blocking the money

Considering that the 7th circuit court said that the kids could not be held with their parents (back during the Obama years) it isnt as simple as one judge said they couldn't be kept with their children. Add to that the number of kids that come along without parents or with people who arent related to them and the large number of people being trafficked. It is not so simple a subject. The left has spent months claiming there was no crisis that it was manufactured and now they blame their opponents for the fact that they weren't willing to work on the issue. Cortez is the last person you want to use for a quote though she is spending her time crying at empty parking lots. The left has spent the few months lying about this so they cannot compromise now without admitting their being wrong. Instead they will keep blaming Trump and not fixing the problem.

guess what happens when parents break the law and go to prison. they get separated from their children. how is that any different. the parents of those children chose to break the law and forced their children to also break the law. the parents of those children are responsible for what is happening to them and should be severely punished for child endangerment and child neglect. the democrats are responsible for the over crowding due to the rumor spreading in mexico that the democrats are going to grant citizenship to anyone who manages to cross the border illegally. of course i dont want those children living in those conditions. its not their fault their parents are complete brainless morons. why are people focusing on improving conditions at these centers rather than trying to prevent bad parents from putting them in there in the first place.
