Deadspin Backlash, Shane Dawson Conspiracy, Contaminated Juul Claims, Epstein, & Bolivia Protests Lidia Chance: Hey Phil & team, could you cover whats happening in Barcelona? 2 years ago the Catalan parlament did an illegal referendum (just like the one Scotland did) to see if the majority of Catalans wanted independence from Spain. Since the Spanish government saw it as illegal, they arrested 9 people: leaders of the referendum and members of democratic parties and two peaceful activists (and the president of Catalunya had to flee and ask for exile in Belgium. Since then, they have been in jail. Imagine being in jail for over 2 years (waiting for a trial) in a democratic first-world country just because your ideology is different. So this past week the sentence was made. 9-12 years in prison. All together build up to 99 years in prison. Since this sentence was known, people have taken the streets and police brutality has been crazy. They have used illegal methods (such as rubber bullets, teargas) and there have been many injured (a man lost his eye, another one lost a testicle due to the heavy beating in hands of policemen)I would really really appreciate if you could investigate on the matter and bring some attention to all this madness. Thank you for all you do

Phil, I would really appreciate if you talked about the policies and politics of Latin American, African and Arab Nations when it comes to elections. Turn Limits are not guaranteed good sometimes they can cause issues but I do agree that it keeps power in check. Regarding Bolivia, I appreciate the fact that they are cooperating with an election commission and hope all ends well. I know for a fact that the US actively suppresses Left-wing or populist leaders globally and consistently interferes with elections and considering Bolivia's current Left-wing leader it's not surprising that this story blew up while the protests in Egypt barley got covered. The US wanted to interfere or did interfere with many nations such as Algeria, Palestine, Egypt, Libya, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Venezuela, Cuba, Iran and Iraq. Western imperialist powers still engage in interference with developing nations such as France in Africa and the US in Latin America. This is an important thing to keep in mind when covering these stories, They often have a US interest angle that gets ignored by most US media.

Hi Phill, I'm incredibly thankful for the coverage of Bolivia, I just wanted to clarify a couple of points. The protestors are Not in the most part Mesas people, its mostly people against Morales and not in favor of anyone specifically. The fraud in the elections have been proven beyond a doubt, and we don't trust the OAS because of its close ties to the government. Also, Morales transports people, sometimes armed with dynamite, from outside the city to fight the protestors. These people are either being paid or blackmailed with strong fines in order to go fight the protestors in the Cities. These protests are the only voice the Bolivian people have since All the powers of the government (executive, legislature and judiciary) are controlled by Morales and his political party. Bolivia is headed to a very bad financial crisis due to extremely bad economical management and corruption. There is so much more I would like to write on each one of these topics, but I think it would be counterproductive. NO AL FRAUDE, MI VOTO SE RESPETA

I'm from Bolivia and I gonna tell you what's going on. 1 Evo Morales has send people with weapons, fire weapons to beat up pacific protesters. Two men had died already, and the part of the people defending Evo Morales is getting paid or forced to and they have people from other contries with weapons2 We are no longer asking for 2nd round, we are demanding for Evo Morales to leave 3 Evo Morales said that he is blocking national roads to stop cities to get supplies, thinking that in that way we would stop the protests. He is treating people saying that he is going to cut out everything 4 We have proof of how big the froud was and the auditory of the OAS or the OEA are not trustworthy because all the information that they have is already manipulated by the Evo Morales's ministers I like your show and I apologize if my English is not good

Bolivia: I was born there travel there yearly and even thou well intentioned coverage in Latin America and my country is mostly incorrect and painting a poor picture as of what is going on in Latin America and Bolivia to be more specific. I would like to discuss and provide you real information as I have first hand images news and knowledge of what is happening there. I believe you had good intentions but the coverage and the information you have provided to your viewers has very little to no actual reasons as of why the protests and the civil unrest is happening there. Feel free to reach out to get quality and reliable information so you may be able to Amend the poor reporting done to cover my countries current crisis Regards A Bolivian citizen

I'm about 50 50 on Shane Dawson some of his stuff interest me and this very well put together but I had no interest in is Jeffree Star collaboration intool this Philly D episode. Having no interest in makeup on boys or girls the knowledge hungry entrepreneur in me is totally interested in online sales, marketing, merchandising, and product production. I've said in another video, Phil should be getting some piece of the Shane pie because he single handedly drives a million or more views to Shane's videos just by talking about them and what he likes basically marketing. Phil being the smart businessman that he is im sure they have some kinda closed door deal going.

I watched Shane's series and was so excited for him. It was amazing to see the ins and outs of the beauty industry and getting a good look at the business side. Jeffree made THE BEST choice letting Shane create a collection. From a business standpoint, it's absolutely genius. Shane has dedicated fans, he's been around forever. Add the success of his docu-series and the fact that they really prey (not maliciously) on the emotions of people. Showing their friendship and how successful Jeffree is and how he wants Shane to be successful too. It's pure genius. That collection is gonna sell out FAST. Lots of money is going to be made by both Shane and Jeffree.

I've really enjoyed the Shane Dawson x Jeffree Star series. I think a lot of people stopped watching because they wanted more of the drama rehashed that happened in the beauty community over the last year, but I'm personally much more interested in the artistic/business side of what they've created together. I'm over the drama in the beauty community. It's petty, and hearing the same story from 800 different points of view doesn't change that we will never really know what happened. Only the people directly involved know. I don't need the tea, but the business side of the makeup industry is enlightening and not something that's been done before.

Sigh. I cannot for the life of me understand why you continue to occasionally use the throat punch threat during your intro. You clearly do not condone violence so I cannot figure out why you (even jokingly) promote it. So I'm curious. Since you do not name perpetrators of violence, will you change your policy when eventually some individual actually does throat punch someone and name drops you, akin to what happened to Pewdiepie? I certainly hope it doesn't take someone committing violence in your name for you to finally stop this hypocritical intro. And for the record, I am a fan and watch you daily, but this really concerns me.

My problem with south america dictatorships like Bolivia is why police is always on their side? It have to be a pretry corrupt police to protect the goverment against the people instead to protect and serve the people like they should. The military is always a corrupt organization by nature in this matter bcuz they protect the state against the enemy of the states (and in definition any rebel or protest is against the state, but many strong men are protected by the police even if the elected representatives of the people are against them. Very interesting how can any dictator subvert this so easily.
