LUIS PADRON, 28, from Argentina, has had 32 procedures to achieve his out of this world, real-life elf look. Luis first filmed with Truly back in 2018, revealing his pointy ears, enlarged eyes and white hair, since then Luis has had lots of plastic surgery to keep his -otherworldly- look on point. Luis is currently in lockdown at his sister's apartment, who is also training to be a plastic surgeon, and will soon work on Luis-s new Maleficent style face. But first, Luis must get to grips with maintaining his fantasy look - whilst living in lockdown

He looks really beautiful and I hope he will continue to look this beautiful and not overdo it. But his personality is also chef's kiss, at least online. With other people featured on this or influencers in general I would be happy if I could have a single normal conversation. But he looks so sweet and acts pretty natural.

Elves are GOD's Children too. So, yeah. Shark eyes (reference to the Daddy Elf because Elves are something like White and Asian but evolved a hundred thousand years from Higher but here and now world, as all are ONE WORLD OF ENDLESS FANTASIES COME TRUE SAFE WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Honestly, the best surgery out of all featured here. Like he uses makeup to enhance his natural looking surgery. Without makeup, he's naturally good looking even with all the surgeries. The other ones looke like mutated beings even without makeup.

I'll be honest, most these plastics on this show look botched or way to overdone (my opinion, not knocking people who get it done. This guy actually looks pretty spiffy as an Elf. Not gonna lie lol & he seems to have an awesome personality.

I've always wondered if I could get filler in my ears to make them pointed instead of doing it sampa's way. I think this guy looks better than people give him credit for in headlines when I see him.

He got really good plastic surgery. I mean at least the surgeons didn't botch his face. I hope his future surgeries will go well. Although I feel like he doesn't need them

I actually like him! I mean, I don-t really like his look but I like how he-s real about everything. He owns it! That-s cool. And this look honestly works for him!

I-m later episodes you see you regrets the jaw feminization surgery he received. He is ruining his naturally beautiful proportions and features
reply

Honestly he looks really good! I-m glad he-s doing what makes him happy. I felt the part about choosing fantasy over reality, i use escapism a lot.
reply

It-s nice how even tho he wants to achieve his space elven look he would say which surgeries aren-t recommended and which ones hurt a lot
reply

I have to say, despite having so many surgeries, with or without the make he actually looks fairly natural. It's wild, but it's true.
reply

How do u know what an ELF look like if it's not a creation. imagination is wild.
Disfigurement on you new experience is awful.

He doesn't look bad. I agree with the others that he was one of the few plastic surgery addicts to come out ahead. Wonder why?
reply

Wow! Who is hisvplastic surgeon? He looks fantastic! I wish I could become a pixie or a fairy princess but now I am too old: (
reply

What job does he work? He can afford all this plastic surgery all that healthy food and all those clothes and makeup?
reply

He looks good though. I don't really support ding drastic things that can harm your health, but he's done well at least.
reply

This one is actually really really good, if you-re thinking of getting plastic surgery, please get them like this.
reply

Some crazy people trying to look like cartoon characters knowing not appreciate their natural beauty.
reply

At first, I thought he was insane and should see a psychiatrist. but then again, who is he hurting?
