I don't like him, I like rugged looking working class men with flaws, but he does look good for those that want a man with a perfect nose and perfect symmetry to his face. That said, I hope that he doesn't over do it and became like Rodrigo who has now become Jessica Alves. She has gone overboard and spent close to a million dollars on her body modificaitions.

I don-t think people addicted to plastic surgeries get a perfect face but not a natural one and I have seen amazing work done on people-s faces.

You can just tell the difference of quality between the Brazilian doctor's office and the US. They don't have nurses or anything, its really just one doctor and a chair.
