Five months after giving birth to baby Power, Rahki-s back in the gym, but the struggle to get her pre-baby body back is making her think about potentially trying out some cosmetic procedures. Rahki told Truly: My biggest problem areas are my legs and my stomach. I-m not noticing the change that I want and right now I-m thinking of alternatives. Rahki-s not a stranger to plastic surgery rumours, and admits she-s constantly trolled online by people who believe her entire body is fake. Determined to find out more, Rahki gets in touch with good friend and surgery expert Courtney Barnes, otherwise known as -Ms. Miami-. Having undergone numerous plastic surgeries to perfect her body, Courtney knows a thing or two about going under the knife, but will it be something Rahki will consider if she doesn-t get the results she wants?

Hello. I recently came across your page. I found you to be very ambitious in what you wanted for yourself and becoming healthy. I try to follow your journey when I can. Please don-t beat yourself up. Understand, the pandemic hit, you have lost your beautiful mom, and then had a baby. Women, especially as we get older, then have a child, our bodies change. Our hormones get out of wack. Don-t allow others to bring you down. Your journey is real. You-re a strong woman. Just give yourself time. You did it once, you can do it again. You keep going. Remain positive. You already proved you can strengthen yourself without surgery. Much love to you.

Hey Mama you look very beautiful but I do think it's your body type and your DNA makeup has a lot to do with how you're built now I'm not a professional nutritionist or bodybuilder but I think you need to change your the type of workout that you do with less weight high reps, high impact cardio and a lot of Hardcore calisthenics and eating very very low calories for 90 days. Incorporate intermittent fasting. Try only eating four to six hours a day. Allow your body to burn calories for the rest of the time. Stay blessed beautiful.

She has already had liposuction at you geniuses in the comment section. that's the only way her stomach is that flat at the size she is now. An easy way to tell is to watch her video of when she was trying to get her mother in shape. She has a similar build. except that her mother didn't have an extremely flat stomach. and that is how Rakhi would look if she never had liposuction.

Change your diet to a leaner diet its quite easy. cut out sugar and high fructuse corn syrup. a simple diet of steam fish and and a small serving of rice and salad. 3 x a day should reduce the weight quicky. eat very little red meat. no fried food. no soda. no fruit juices. eat a real orange not orange juice. weight would reduce effortlessly. no bread

Honestly everything she went through in her life it-s honestly hard to get out of that state. I don-t know if therapy can help she just needs that same energy she had before everything came about. Honestly lipo is just a easy way out and honestly it-s her choice but, back then think about what you did to get to that body you had before.

I swear I was so happy that you didn't decide to do the surgery. I so want to follow your journey back to the fit you that you envision for yourself. The struggle with weight gain and healthy living is so hard on so many and I honestly believe you with this journey would inspire so many including myself.

This lady is HUGE especially for her height. Whats crazy is in the last 2 years that they have been documenting her she has literally morffed into atleast 5 different women. Sis is in need of serious 'balance' in her life.

She needs to first cut all the alcohol, carbs, and fats out of her diet, in a few months she-s lose a lot of weight. Once she loses all the weight naturally, she can determine if she needs lipo for any remaining problem areas

She'll get the shape back that she had back in the day if she just stays consistent with her diet and working out. Please ladies don't go to surgery women. I know it's hard work but you can all do it.

People almost always regret going under the knife.
Someone with your muscle mass shouldn't be pumping iron to slim down.
Cardio should be your only focus with a meat and vegetable diet.

I think she should go the natural way considering her child is still young and if she wants another baby will she be doing lipo every time. i think it was a good decision.

I have really grown to love her. I'm so glad she didn't go with the surgery. Consistency and patience is what she need. And apparently that what I need as well.

I-m so glad at the end she decided not to get Lipo. Honestly, she doesn-t need it and is doing the right for her to eating healthy and going to a PT.

I got a bbl and started lifting heavy. At first I just did hella cardio. Everybody just thinks I-m natural. I love my results

Her issue is her fat is distributed everywhere else and not her waist. Don-t think there-s lipo for arms back hips

All she needs to do is start closing down those calories but as a nursing mother it might not be a good idea as yet!
