JILLIAN Rogue was a plus-size model before she lost an incredible 195lbs. She was always an overweight child because she used food to comfort her in times of need and gained even more weight when she became homeless and fast food was cheap to get. She became a plus-size model after deciding that she was -going to embrace her body and learn to love it-. Modelling gave her confidence to go out and enjoy her life and all her experiences -brought her away from addiction with food- and she started losing weight. After actively focusing on her health she started -bike riding, intermittent fasting, controlling portion sizes- and lost -a whole person-. Jillian says after losing weight she feels like she has -a new lease on life

We should have a health plan, for, pre-diabetics borderline diabetics & late stage diabetics. For example these people should be educated on the symptoms of diabetes, the damage it causes to the body such as blindness, kidney failure, edema, by-pass surgery, annurysim, heart attack & stroke. Because firstly prevention is better than cure, the country will save millions of dollars in kidney transplant, insulin & heart surgery. Afterall diabetes leads to all these diseases. Heart disease is the biggest killer in the world, followed by stroke. People need to wake up & smell the roses, because we eat to live & Not live to eat. This health plan should incorporate dietians, doctor's & exercise, before it's too late. Diabetes affects more than 450 million worldwide annually, & in the USA alone every 4 mins a person is added to the kidney transplant list. People must avoid stroke at all costs, because if you get a stroke an effort that used to take you 4%, after a stroke it will take you 70%. You can still enjoy your fast & fine foods & live a healthy & satisfied life.
Diabetes is reversible, even in the late stages, but the sooner you have a healthy diet & make it a habit, the longer your life expectancy will be. I wish I had studied the symptoms & damage diabetes causes & I would have taken drastic action 20 years ago. Just look up the symptoms of a stroke, because I don't want anyone to ho through a stroke.
--------. It's also the responsibility of diabetics obey their homework & comply with the health plan.

Very interesting and inspiring transformation story. It is in stark contrast to the many transformations that are triggered by a break-up, divorce, or some sort of -revenge- motivation. She forced herself to accept herself as a big girl even though she knew she would be happier with less weight and than started loosing weight unexpectedly. She decided for herself to actually try after seeing that it was possible to do some without much effort other than learning to be psychologically healthier by accepting herself. She started a good relationship right when she was going through her weightloss transformation and her partner became a positive influence and support for her to continue what she had already started.

Unpopular opinion, but you looked better before the weight loss, and I am in no way fetishizing fat, but the fact remains, you did look good, some people's fat just hits differently, aesthetically-that is to say, not all fat is created equal. However, I'm 100% happy that you are healthier, happier and feeling more vibrant. Congratulations on your achievement.

I used to be 132 max on a bad day and binge eating mad me reach 165. I gained weight in my back, lower belly and arms. It-s true what a lot of people say you have to figure out what is making you unhappy before you can actually reach a healthy goal. I was so absent about my looks and in denial. It takes time to heal before you reach you goal. Don-t get discouraged.

I've just watched a few strange videos of people altering their bodies in the most disturbing ways. I felt sad that people would feel the need to do these things. Then you came along, sassy, bright, strong, beautiful, living a good life. Thank you. I hope your life just gets better and better because you deserve it.

I'm trying to bulk up for power lifting and I find it very hard to even ingest 3-4K calories per day without feeling extremely sick. One day I hope I can get to your level and eat 10K calories, just pounding back chicken breasts, eggs and vegetables like it's nothing and i'll be an absolute monster then.

At the end of the day nobody wants to be fat, all this propaganda of a body positivity, accepting yourself, showing off hides the real problems of being unfit, unhealthy, not only your joints are under the pressure of a heavy weight, but also your heart is covered with fat and needs to work harder.

You are still beautiful no matter. I'm just getting use of my body I want from a size medium, extra large to now a 3x and a pants size from a 9/10 to a size 20 to now a18 the most heavest I've been was 289 and now 250. I'm still loseing the weight it's hard but it's worth to me
reply

Good on you girl, you may have loose skin, but look what you did, you took the weight you were and you halved it, by yourself, without surgery. And you look amazing. And now you have the energy and drive to really live healthier and longer. Amazing.

I don-t fit in a community to fat to be fit but I-m also not invited into the plus size either because I had weight loss surgery for my health so the fat acceptance didn-t like me either because I-m
Trying to be healthy

I was only 50lbs over weight but I didn-t think it was possible for me to lose weight by myself I looked into procedures and everything. with portion control and intermittent fasting you really can lose so much weight.

Glad you learned to love yourself, enjoy life and that led you to actually show up for yourself. We forget we must show up in life. that frees us from the food addiction. LIVING! LOVING OURSELVES! doing more!
reply

People forget about the downsides of BED. The depression, the guilt, the negative body image, the reclusiveness. It's just as bad as any other ED. It's nice to see BED not being romanticized now: )

Im happy 4 her that she lost weight & now a healthy weight, i wanna say congrats 2 her & im glad that shes exercising, drinking lots of water, eating a healthy well balanced diet with proper sleep
reply

This gives me more motivation to keep going with my weight loss, I feel like you really mentioned something that hit home for me which was to love my body even through the process. Thank you -
reply

Unlike most people, I truly prefer her when she's fat and I find that her face now looks sad; but no matter what I think and what my tastes are, the only thing that matters is HOW she feels inside.
reply

I had the same idea of accepting myself, love me and finally I decided eat better and I loose 30 po3unds naturally, not a lot of exercise but better food choices.
She looks soo happy.

reply

Just goes to show that losing weight by hating yourself is not the way. She got to a happier place and was able to do it! Shaming people to weight loss just does more damage than good.
reply

This isn't plus size, it's obese. Glad she made healthier choices! Also it's sad bc the body positive community probably attacked her like they did to Adele after she lost weight
reply

People in the fat positive community are most likely upset because she chose a healthier lifestyle. I-m sure anyone would rather be fit and healthy if they had the motivation.
reply

To bad a big girl like her before she lost weight. would ever look at a big man like me. no not big. im fat. and women avoid me like the plague. no matter how big they are.
reply

This is why I disagree with fat shaming.
It doesn't help. People turn to comfort eating as a sort of coping mechanism. I consider this as a body positivity success story.

reply

I'm so happy for you. You looks amazing and the most wonderful thing is you feel and are healthy. You keep that great attitude of yours. It's inspiring,
reply

Hi guys it's me! Jillian Rogue! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR KIND WORDS! they mean the world to me! I'm here if you'd like to keep up with my journey!
reply

Wow good for you must of been hard work but you did either way I think you look beautiful but know you look gorgeous best of wishes to you
reply

I went through practically the exact same thing and also dealing with loose skin. Nice to see a fellow model with a similar story as me.
reply

Thank you for being so honest. Your story is so motivating. Thanks for being honest about the loose skin and having a support system.
reply

Why americans eat so much? I've been to several countries and in none of them I saw obese people like the ones you see in America.
reply

I bet she feels amazing. So energized and light on her feet! You really notice a huge difference with how you feel in your own body
reply

The law of attraction plays a great role in a person's ability to lose weight. Love your body, and your body will love you back!
