ROCYIE from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, was just nine years old when she experienced psoriasis symptoms for the first time. Over the years, it developed into a wound and soon started appearing all over her body in huge patches. Conscious of her skin, Rocyie wore clothes that would hide the condition. As well as affecting her confidence, the psoriasis was incredibly painful and Rocyie would spend the whole day in bed, crying. Learning that nutrition was a fundamental part of taking care of her psoriasis, Rocyie created 'So Good', a holistic coaching platform dedicated to those with a skin condition. Feeling more confident in her own skin, Rocyie started sharing photos of her psoriasis on Instagram -and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Concluding on her journey, Rocyie commented: -We-re just human beings doing our best, living our best life in this world. - You can

Im not a licensed medical professional, only consult with one who is able to prove great statistics and proof of results, research cleansing the system of all metals, introduce one food ingredient and one beverage having one ingredient and allow the body to heal and sort to clean. Slowly introduce another ingredient and keep notes of what you are eating and drinking and how it makes you feel and react. This may not apply to everyeone as we each have a different finger print and way, research and consider avoiding anything on your skin or hair that you wouldnt be okay chewing and swallowing the juice of as the skin is a very intelligent sensitively strong organ, the hair is an extension of your nervous system. This doesnt mean that shampoo conditioner and other marketed hair and skin products are bad or should be chewed or swallowed, however if you are having this type of reaction on your skin, consider being more focused on your sensitivities, what exactly you need to maintain healing? Research how some may require a specific environment, different material clothing or may have a sensitivity to EMF, food, beverage, water source, cleansers, observe and learn from proof and results, good luck.

hello friends, I had this autoimmune condition for many years and the doctor told me to make peace with it as it was permanent. I suffered loads and at times couldn't go to work for seven weeks due to the state of my skin. Then randomly I read that ALL skin condition can be linked to UNEXPRESSED emotions. I definitely repressed all of my emotions most of my life. Once I was sat in a tub, my skin was sore and in a bad state. Instead of feeling hateful about my body, I gave myself a hug and said - it's OK. I kissed my own sore arm. Since then I developed a sense of compassion and love for myself and guess what - my skin cleared up and stayed that way for good. This was 15 years ago. Love your skin and it will stop alerting you to love yourself unconditionally.

I have psoriasis and when she said like having a map on your body, that was cool because I've thought the exact same. And mine started as extra dandruff as well. But at age 32. I'm 40 now. Mine hasn't been too severe, fortunately. It's covered a lot of my body at times, but compared to what I'm seeing of hers, mine has been less severe. My psoriasis has never been shameful for me. just annoying. I've had people try to be judgy or hurt my feelings, but not many and I felt bad for a bit, but not for long. And I tell people I'm not too bothered by how it looks and it doesn't annoy me too often, but it does in spurts. I try to educate people on my flare-ups and of course what psoriasis is and how one gets it.

Rocyie it's very good that you talk about and accept it.
My father got psoriasis vulgaris when he was 19 and he has it from head to toe too as well. That's how my mother got to know and love him. It's not the outside but the character and the heart that counts. This resulted 2 healthy children ( my brother and me.
He has to do chemotherapy every 2-3 years to alleviate it a bit, but otherwise he's fine with it. Most of the time it's others who get disgusted when they see it or unknowingly react strangely.
That's why I can only tell you stay as you are and don't let anything talk you into it. You are great and beautiful; ) Greetings from Germany - Berlin

I appreciate you so much. I also suffer from psoriasis, the pain and embarrassment is real. It first appeared when I was 16, I'm 45 now. I have been very lucky. it has been mostly dormant since I came home from Iraq as a US soldier back in 2009. It was bad plaques at first, then I got guttate spots, then I just get a couple on my face now and then. Diet is definitely important, thank you for sharing your experience and your advice. You are beautiful! -

I had psoriasis as bad as you have and found a diet that totally cleared my skin and it has been2 years and not a spot. I am an older woman and spent hours looking for help. It is totally what you eat. I could tell you more if I knew how to contact you. Sorry that I don-t feel comfortable making a you tube video to help everyone with this horrible problem. I totally cleared my skin in 4 months and it covered my entire body.

I've been dealing with psoriasis for almost 30 years, in the beginning when I had a near total body flare up, it definitely did a number on my mental health. As the years have gone by, with the help of the sun, coal tar ointments & moisturizers, I've learned to live with it better, but I still have times where I get extremely self conscious, and see every little scale that most people probably wouldn't notice.

I have psoriasis too mostly on my scalp. I use corticosteroid Dovobet once in a blue moon. But I try to avoid it. My flare ups are under control now after doing tons of research for my condition. Diet plays a huge part. I took a Viome health intelligence test and it made a significant impact on my psoriasis through my diet recommendation. When I eat food I shouldn-t, fare up happens. Also Avoid Eggs.

I manage a functional medicine practice and most of our patients have major immune issues even like this woman-s psoriasis. Nutrition is 100% key. Sugar, oils like Conola and corn oil, gluten and even too much spice can really wreak havoc on the body. Turmeric, ginger, avocado oil, olive oil, walnuts, berries and eggs are great for the skin and body in general.

I have your condition I live in Washington state in the USA actually a small town called Port Orchard Washington near Seattle area. I just came down with this recently but it-s spreading. I-m 62 and just retired. Luckily I have a pension and social security. But am single at this time. Who would want me if I-m covered in sores?
reply

I got psoriasis as a side effect from a cancer treatment I received when I was a child. The flareups were a nightmare. The only things that worked for me are coal tar and sunlight. I'm so glad that she is comfortable enough in her own skin to show it off. She is beautiful, and I wish her much success with her platform.

Several years ago. I worked with a guy that had Psoriasis on 95 % of his body, 95% OMG. I felt so sorry for him but he didn't let it stop him, he embarrassed his condition, worked outside in Lawn Care, wore shorts, tank tops etc. I found his and Your Strength/courage so touching and Inspirational.

I was wondering if you ever deal with pain in your skin if it hurts for some reason and how do you deal with it. Do. You have a hard time sleeping sometimes with pain and how are you planning on taking care of it. What kind of medicine in lotion do you use to get rid of pain
reply

I got it six years ago. It remained for abt three months and faded away. My doctor said it will come back after six months.
Guess what it did not.
I never let the sight of my skin put me down and it worked.
Keep high spirits as u are. You are doing great

F-ing beautiful! I have had psoriasis since I was 7. It eventually moved in to my joints. Changing my diet has helped change my life. Avoiding sugar and bad fats are the key. As well as proper exercise. Thank you for posting your experience

A very inspiring woman indeed!
Those patches of psoriasis look so raw and painful, yet she did her own research to alleviate the pain, spread awareness to the issue and showed positivity to others.
Really comendable!

I have three forms of psoriasis- plaque, guttate, and palmoplantar pustulosis. I have recently experienced incredible healing through the carnivore diet. If you have psoriasis, I urge you to check it out and give it a try.

It's important to surround yourself with good people. The toxic friend I use to have would make you feel bad for having a small pimple. After cutting my toxic friend. I feel good about myself

Wait she says that her psoriasis started first as dandruff then progressed to what it is now? I-m pretty sure those two conditions are not related. I have psoriasis. It is not the same as dandruff.
reply

Her skin is beautiful with or without psoriasis. I love her positive attitude. Another complication of psoriasis is psoriatic arthritis can develop in your joints in some people.
reply

Wow I-m so proud of her for not letting this condition define her and not only that but to make a business combating this autoimmune condition. She-s so inspiring, wishing her the best -

Do a weak long fast, take high quality vitamins, drink distilled water, blend up lemons into a shake, and dont eat soy/gluten/dairy/and garbage oils. Id bet money it would help

I've struggled with psoriasis for the past 40 years and tried lotion and potions and techniques. Dandelion juice rubbed on sores has worked wonders and Nizoral shampoo works great on face.

I'm glad to hear her mention nutrition as a way to help treat psoriasis, as I know a few people who have also had some success with that approach, along with medications.

Hai Roycie,
