I have the same situation, i was born Half of my face is paralyzed but the other half is fully functional. The doctor said that the nerves that responsible for the face movement is not full developed. So when i smile the half of my face only smiles. First i didn't notice my situation till i was 4 i started looking in the mirror and asked my mom about this and now still trying to be positive about it.

My ex-husband has Moebius Syndrome. He can-t move his eyes from side to side, so if he wants to read or see what-s going on around him he has to move his head, as his eyes can only focus straight ahead or up and down.
