To add on, the endothelium is the single layer of squamous endothelial cells that line the interior surface of blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. Thank you for the amazing videos Crash Course! Great way to make use of the time I have on my hands right now.

although donating O blood wound not harm someone because it has no receptors, would both the anitgens that are also in O blood also be put into the parient, causing them to react to the patient's own blood?

If the antibodies are also in the blood along with the antigens on the red blood cells, why don't, say, anti-A antibodies in type O blood bind to the A antigens in the existing blood of a type A recipient?

Oops! At minute 7: 07 he says coaggulation binds the blood cells together, but antibodies are shown, so I think he means agglutination.
