although donating O blood wound not harm someone because it has no receptors, would both the anitgens that are also in O blood also be put into the parient, causing them to react to the patient's own blood?

If the antibodies are also in the blood along with the antigens on the red blood cells, why don't, say, anti-A antibodies in type O blood bind to the A antigens in the existing blood of a type A recipient?
