In 2014, we had the same cruise. When we found this graveyard, it was totally destroyed with a stone of concrete telling that this is the grave of Blackbeard.
You can watch pictures of the original stone, by searching the Internet. I am so sorry that the old stone has been taken away, but I can understand that many would have tried to steal a part of the stone as a souvenir.

It is the christian schools that produce the best students and the finest citizens. In a time of growing delinquency, anarchy and crime in the government schools, and social disintegration, why do men not welcome the stability which christian schools give to society? You would think with the title the true story of Blackbeard that you would at least be able to get the location where the Queen Anne's revenge was sunk right. She was not sunk in Topsail Island, she was sunk near the Beaufort inlet in Beaufort NC. Her artifacts are open for viewing in the Beaufort Maritime museum in downtown Beaufort. Get your facts right.

If your are navigating a frigate in the 18th century & you cast your eyes low on the horizon to get a glimpse of a Portuguese Man-o-War bearing down on your vessel, not certain how a Captain would ponder anything less than an act of hostility on your vessel. Its simple math, as the frigate is HIGHLY out gunned on all sides.

Good content, but i can't help but wonder. if this was made for TV content and it was less than 7 minutes long. 53 minutes of commercials, or was this hashed into hyper-redundant precap and recap with 30min of commercials?

Should be Beaufort Inlet, just off the coast of Beaufort, that Queen Annes Revenge went down. Your map location was accurate for Beaufort Inlet, not Topsail. Topsail is further south.

When I was a kid, I read Blackbeards Ghost by Ben Stahl. Juvenile fiction, but I always had an interest in this infamous pirate after that. Thank you for this video!
