There is a fallacy in this story that Armstrong took control manually and landed the lunar module by himself. In fact this is not what happened. The computer believe it or not was actually performing all the tasks that it was supposed to perform and is the reason why the landing did not fail. Armstrong did in fact help guide the lunar module but this was a superficial maneuver as the computer did most of the guiding. This abnormality and error 1202 came from a discrepancy in the radar above the lunar module. This radar was going to be used later to help the lunar module couple with the other spacecraft. Unfortunately it malfunctioned and it sent some weird codes into the main system. The most amazing thing here is that this computer which had memory woven by hand functioned as expected.

39: 46 this is not true.
The O2 tank explodet because someone dropped the tank pre installing and they exchanged the maybe dammaged tank for one out of the stock, not knowing that this old one was a 12 Volt version, not a 24 Volt version.
The OLD Apollo versions had TWO heaters in a row, the new ones had the heaters in parallel.
How i know that stays my secret.

This is like the movie Prestige. A lot of people think the moon landing happened from nowhere just like, like USA decided, today we will go to the moon and bam. That's why some people think it's fake. But in reality a lot of hard work, failures, suffering and sacrifices for more than 12 years were behind such a success.
