The map info you used is wrong. Northumbria stretched from lower half of east coast of Scotland from approximately falkirk area and Edinburgh down to what is now northumbria. Strathclyde was also further up to near Glasgow. Scotland was called alba not alhaba as you said. There was also an area in England called the Britons and also in scotland. The part in North East Scotland belonged to the pictish people and North West argyll area used to be known as the gales which spoke gaelic and that area was known as daldaria. You also forgot the battle of 1066 with William the conquerer from normandy France who also populated England. The saxons where germanic from the North Germany and angles believed to be from South Denmark. The jutes in Northern Denmark populated England too before the vikings invaded.

England's history would need a 2 hour video just to give the main details of each town.
It's way too complex to explain England's history in 10 mins, but gotta respect how you managed to cover the basic story in such a short video.
Hopefully it'll encourage people to look deeper into how invaders like the Romans, Saxons vaffected different parts of the island and its people.
The Germanic invasions didn't push the Romano British from east to west into Wales.
Each town each region has a different story.
Verulamium ( became StAlbans) its history alone could fill a 4 hour video.
From bronze age onwards.

So, hold the phone. This all started in 650, according to the beginning of the video, right? That's about 100-200 years after King Arthur and the Britons supposedly drove the Saxons from Wales. (I am correct about the Britons being Welsh, right) Yet the Saxons would seem not to have shown up there, till 650, and I notice that the whole time, Wales doesn't even appear to be touched by any side after the initial Pict/Scott invasions. So what the heck was Arthur supposed to have been fighting? And what actually happened?

The portrayal of an antipathy between Saxons and Ireland is not borne out by the two sons of Harold who fled to Dublin after the Battle of Hastings, returning twice when they were old enough with a large number of ships to raid the South West (also confused by the Saxons selling slaves at the slave markets in Dublin and Cnut's sister making a great deal of money selling -English- people in Denmark. Under saxon law if you weren't saxon you didn't have the same rights. At least William 1 banned slavery pretty quickly.

Anglos, Saxons, Germanic tribes took the chance to not only help Celts to fight against each other but to actually settle permanently in Great Britain, so Germanic tribes fought against everyone, even those who asked them for help. Very few survived the feroce vikings! And the rest is History, literally.

Since TikTok got confused about this I just wanna pop in and say - I-m the scriptwriter on this video and at the beginning when referencing -Scots- and pointing to Ireland, that-s not a mistake! The Scots/Scoti/Scotti were Gaels from Ireland around the same time that the Picts were in Scotland! I see why it confused people on TikTok and everyone here seems fine but, just in case -
