I am very grateful for the meal selflessly delivered to my home yesterday evening by Goddess.
I am grateful to recieve organic ingredients, non genetically modified and prepared by a conscious and respectful chef and I realize that expressing that thanks is one way I can ensure such ingredients keep appearing in a spiritual clean cycle.
All of my order is vegetarian, and I am grateful that there is better karma in it because of that. The food itself was high quantity though the dishes were plain with little relishing aside from their main ingredients, but still good sauce! Luckily it is the spring season and I know some of the fresh edible plants and garlic that I can add myself. Wisdom of the Earth!
It is thoughtful of the chef of the restaurant to offer the vegetarian menu, many items there are just substituting meat with tofu but some truly original vegetable dishes are offered as well.
I am still eating this same order today 1 day later, longevity of nourishment, wisdom of proportion. I offer a small prayer now for the wellbeing and healthy hearts of the chef and all the restaurant staff, may they meet with favorable circumstances, gain wisdom and inner peace and may they keep getting healthier and looking better as they fill the bellies of the community that in turn fills their lives with blessings.

Thank you, China King Carryout restaurant!

I am thankful for the people at the grocery stores for their kindness and helpfulness, I am grateful that food is coming to all places of the world, including Yemen, a very important place in the world where thankfully recently things seem to have taken a turn for peace. I am grateful therefore also for peace in the middle east, differing cultures are settling in friendship now after too long of a stand off fueled only be arrogance and uncomprimising hearts. Heart Chakra has awakened in an important place in the world.
I am grateful that now minor differences are being set aside in acknowledgement of the big picture and unity of all is emphasized as related, the differences of expression are beautiful and increase understanding of all they are not detrimental just for being diverse.
I will be grateful if the newfound peace brings great flowers of other kinds where before others may have been too stifled to blossom. May the heart continue to lead with wisdom. Divine love

I'm grateful that I get paid to play (I'm a photographer and it is my passion: ) )
I'm grateful for my great relationships
I'm grateful that money comes to me effortlessly

I'm grateful for my life experiences!
these are just a small portion of the positive affirmations I've only recently started using while feeling true, deep joy and gratitude. There have been many positive changes to my life already by practicing appreciation. It really is wonderful to realize that we can create any kind of reality we want, just by what we think, feel and believe. Thank you for this video: )

Let's see what im grateful for. I'm grateful for having a roof over my head, living in a area that isn't filled to the brim with dangerous wildlife and crime rate is low. I'm grateful for being able to eat every day even if it isn't good or if it's only once a day. I'm grateful for having clean water to drink. I'm grateful that both of my parents are alive even if they are commonly away. I'm grateful that i have my own computer, even if it's a tin can and it's louder than a jet, so i can talk with far away friends and play old video games to forget my worries. And i'm grateful that i'm still healthy and have no physical disabilities. That's it. Nothing else is there to name.

I struggle with these of types videos. Gratefulness is important. This person has read a few studies. Determined all that is wrong with the mental ill is a lack of being thankful. Throughout my struggles I've been told this over and over You're just not grateful enough. So and so has it worse. Pull yourself up by your bootstraps
Mental illness is about brain chemistry and balancing our moods. It is also about trauma. I'm not a veteran but I have complex ptsd. A smile awhile journal does not resolve the issues.

I'm grateful for my romantic partner
they're amazing and understanding and caring and it's a miracle I even got to be lucky enough to date them
they also understand that I'm recovering and coping with mental illness, they put on a resolve that even if no one else treated me right they would because I deserve it. I don't deserve the effort they put in each and every day but I'm so so grateful that they do and I try every day to make sure that I return the favour.

I am grateful for what protects me and the world from misfortune and injustice.
I am grateful for what protects the air from pollution and keeps the rivers healthy and the sea pure and clean.
I am grateful for the weight of that gratitude that is powerful enough to keep the great flowers of the spirits in all the mentioned things shining as long as there are eyes to see them and longer.
I am grateful that I am able to stay in season.

You should be grateful for the samll things aswell as for the big things.
Because most people these days tend to be success oriented,
a lot of them are only happy when they achieve huge things.
If you enjoy the small things you will feel better and more satisfied.
A delicious meal, nice weather, time with friends and family or simply
a good night of rest are things that I am grateful for every day.

I am grateful that I am surrounded by a good aura, beautiful people, and on a beautiful planet called Earth. Living in the present moment every day is the greatest wisdom, my brain is grateful that it can look only into the now; all good things arise from the meditation. Today, I am experiencing that boundless energy in now and grateful for every detail and wisdom in it I can find that is full right now.

So how does depression figure into this? Can a depressed person ever escape from this condition on their own by being grateful and slowly interacting with people more? I mean to say is if they watched this video, and tried this method without directly reaching out to someone in a big way not in their plan could they effectively fix themselves without ever talking to anyone specifically about their depression?

I'm grateful for being alive. I'm grateful for time. For my family being there for me always regardless of how many times I've never put them as priority. (I know) I'm grateful that I still have a job. That me and my loved ones are still healthy till now. Grateful for food on the table and shelter. Grateful that the universe is giving me opportunities in my career. A chance to grow and improve myself.

The scarcity of the world is not of time nor energy nor money but of mutual solutions.
Solutions are unlimited but we are so limited because we are not giving back enough to our sources of solutions.
Gratitude's concrete form is the act of giving back. It's not always expensive, listening others could also be a contribution: )

I'm grateful for living a life where I never have to worry about where my next meal is coming from.
Thinking about this often helps me out a lot because whenever something does not go well for me I remember that it could have been worse and I'm still alive and well and I instantly feel so much better about whatever happened.

My toddler surprisingly actually asked me almost everyday what am I thankful for/grateful for. We also did a thankful tree around Thanksgiving time that she actually still enjoys some points out all the time. We wrote the things on each leaf and stuck those to the branches of the tree.
