My dreams have this pattern.
I see a beautiful place with an inexplicable surreal feeling. and mostly an resetup of already existing place or environment that I been living. but here the kind of vibe and feelings I get seems very different and surreal.
Than i see some man. not very much distinctive by face or facial features. but I see him as some known guy. he takes me in his bike. to places never been. he takes me to a apartment. he betrotheds me. and later my dream changes.
I see same set up in a grimmer way. dark aesthetically. and somehow it ll always rain or drizzle.
Than i see abandoned malls, some obliterated schools. bathroom with sounds of dripping water drops out of taps.
Than i transcend to a dream with some harrowing situation as berbequing meat. mostly human or human corpses. and I also start to smell that rancid smell. Than some guy with musk that nearly look like th e black death musk would approach me. and ask me to follow him. with anxiety and fear I get up.
My dreams are actually transcendental in most dramatic ways. it takes lot of time for me to remember the dreams.

My case is bit complex
I will get dreams every ni8 from 2 to 3 different types of dreams
Some dreams will be like I will be knowing that iam in the dream and also I can change the situations in dream like how I want to without knowing me actually doing
But in some cases I will get dreams very deeply that it will make me believe it's real and all the actions seems to be iam doing in reality right now and it's not a dream
Mostly every time I will get bad and terrifying dreams
I will get good dreams too. but they are veryyyyy few
And some some times rather then getting different dream. the story of the before dream will continue when I will sleep again

Dreams r a synthesis of your waking life + subconscious thoughts shown to us through image form because fact is our bodies [specifically our brains & eyes or optic nerves] are still functioning even if a muted or lessened level. It's our biology + our environment producing what we refer to as dreaming. Most (if not all) dreams have something to tell us about ourselves & the reason we experience them is similar to the reason there is life or consciousness (for example; ; least on Earth) in that it's something that's perhaps impossible to explain

theres this dream i have had multiple times during my life and its so weird. basically im in a first person mode kind of thing and im at a place close to where i live in real life. and then things get bigger and smaller and things turn white. then woolly mammoths start walking around. but then theres a sound that i hear in the dream where its like screaming and mumbling as if someone is getting kidnapped. but the past couple of weeks i have been hearing it in real life. By the way im a very light sleeper. does anyone know what it is?

I think you should read it.
There are some dreams where i see someone i mean a person and when i woke up i forgot about i know it happens with everyone but i even forgot faces of persons in real life and their names. I forgot almost everything. I think there should be some machine or something that can record our dreams and then we can watch it. Just think it'd be amazing right? Then that will look like a movie and I'll post some of the videos on social media just the good one

I hate how I don't remember most of the faces in my dream. Actually, I don't see their faces yet I just know it's them because it's them but I don't see their faces for whom I remember. Then there are the times that the person is your lover, best friend, anything that you might imagine. It's just too hard to remember or might as well that the person in there doesn't exist and only a face that had been created by mind or a complete stranger wandering in my dreams

I once dreamed this
I was going to save my wife she was like trapped in a big house. When i went she was like possessed and attacked me. After defeating her some man came and punched me and then stepped on my face. Then i was in the kitchen table there was this old lady, A guy with a hoodie, That man who knocked me earlier and another lady. They tried to feed me something gross then that man Killed a cop with a shovel

You want to know my thoughts on dreams? Its all an enigma. Half the time, I wake up wanting to go back to dream world because the surreal setting and eerie, yet intriguing imagery was somewhat comforting. I often fail to see the meaning behind any of these terrifying films my mind conjures up, but the fact that they dont make sense is the exact reason that I want to continue dreaming.
reply

I usually remember some of my dreams, and I swear that some of them happened in reality exactly like they happened in the dream one day or some days after. Today, I put a piano asmr and i wanted to imagine myself in a different place, I ended up living in that dream and even controlling it, for the first time in my life. I woke up and i'm trying to search about it.
reply

I dont know if Im the only one who does his but sometimes when I have a dream and then wake up the next morning, I am recalling my dream and then I forget a scene so instead of trying to remember that scene I make up my own scene and add it to the story like it actually happened in the dream. I hope that makes sense

Recently I've been having reoccurring dreams about the PS5, I see the actual ps5 console and the dualsense controller but nothing on the TV. I would have the controller in my right hand and use my left hand to grab something but I wake up or straight up don't remember the rest of what happens in my dream

Uh who doesn't try to sleep again after they wake up in the middle of their beautiful dream? Is it just me?

I'm really confused cuz most of my dreams are lucid even tho I'm not doing it forcefully
And my head hurts alot after i wake up
Idk how I'm able to lucid dream so easily but it's really
Painful
Does anyone know what's happening plz comment

reply

I have been lucky enough to be somewhat of a lucid dreamer and can control my dreams to some degree. The dreams seem to make my waking day less stressful, there's a calmness that carries over, then by the next night I can't wait to start dreaming again.

The coolest experience I have had while dreaming is I heard some metal utensils banging downstairs with an eerie rhythm, as I was walking down the stairs I realized that this was a nightmare and so I walked back up the stairs and went to bed.
reply

we have multiple dreams a night.
God how I remember that I DON'T even remember that dream and are multiple too. Some are short, some like a movie, some like a summary, God some even a whole life story. Probably 6-7 was the longest one

Well I've been having dreams about my crush for almost a month now(everyday). he's been my crush far a really long time (almost 5-6 years) but this hasn't happened ever.
Is there a sign hidden in it that he has started liking me too?

reply

My most common dreams include either me getting chased by someone because they are jealous that I can fly, or theres an old witch that wants to kill me. My most bizzare dream was when my boyfriend got turned into a bag of doritos!
reply

I noticed if your will or whatever thoughts are I realized a dream can be lucid but still controlled I messed with this in a dream I messed around with it was weird I felt this like resistance to me doing one thing during the dream
reply

This morning I had sleep paralysis for the second time that night and when I broke free of it I woke up into another mini dream. A minute I woke up for real. How strange, since I had been conscious for the past little while
reply

I can't believe it. I'm in the 20% people who can realise they're dreaming and control their dreams. I've done that a few times until now (I've controlled my dreams, I mean. So I can now call myself a 'lucid dreamer', right?
reply

I have a dream journal but its on my notes app.
As of now I have jotted down 33 dreams on it, some dreams which I dont particularly like I choose not to write it down, i think it really does help you remember more.

reply

I ve had many different dreams, and for some reason sometimes I had really complex and detailed ones.
The fun is that I remember allot of things and Im stil trying to understand what those dreams are saying
