In my life my friendship turned to love. Actually i dont know is that love or not. But that time i dont want to end the friendhip with us. But days are go, parents caught somehing of us. By that i think to stop. But i cant, then also chatt with him. But days are passed, i think of myself. And i dont know i feel like am i good for him, or am i capable to go better this relationship. May be when we go closer it end our relation. Because of many thoughts i stoped it to him. Yes both heart alot. 3years passed now also i cant overcome it. In my mind a little piece of him have left.
I think also thatmay be he is an option for me, because i dont have friends, he is only my comfort or friend, ithinked that if a new friend come is my mind changr, so rather than cheating him i feel to stop.

I'm so fed up with being insecure it's hard to live a normal life, my teeth make me feel this way I've lost 5 and the remaining ones I do have are crooked and starting to crumble and have no money to get them fixed, it's made speaking to people more challenging as I mumble a lot so they don't see inside my hideous mouth, and another thing I sweat so easily when I'm around people, I'm pretty sure that's to do with my teeth though as it makes me have a massive anxiety, I'm just so miserable all the time thing is i'd be quite an attractive looking guy if I had nice straight teeth which means I'd be confident and a happy person

my insecurities has affected my relationships so much my emotions are like uncontrollable. everytime I feel inferior to someone or I start suddenly thinking they hate me I get dead silent and I cant get myself to talk like I just shut down I really want to talk but at the same time my body wont let me. I always ask my new friends if theyre mad at me and the fact that sometimes i feel emotionally dependent on some of my friends and end up obsessing over them does not make it better AT ALL I hate it so so so much. everytime they leave me I feel empty and I act weirdly different than normal and I hate it: (

#1 & 2 sound like my toxic friend from high school. I honestly feel like he never outgrew his hideous personality because he has been spending his early adulthood posting alternative gym selfies to show off how much muscle weight he's gained. When I used to see him at my local Stater Brothers while I worked, he practically bought junk food, such as instant noodles, because it seemed as if he couldn't afford the healthier options. I got suspicious that he didn't think far ahead to understand how to fend for himself since he obviously had to stop relying on his parents to pay for everything.

It's so weird, because the things that I do because of insecurity, make me hyper -aware of what I'm doing, as if everyone is watching and studying every move I make. But these traits (like being super particular about your appearance, or how you act around certain people so they like you) can be seen as narcissistic. For so long I've been beating myself up for having narcissistic tendencies, but it's weird because I now realize that it's the opposite. I don't think I'm better thann everyone elsez in fact, it's closer to the opposite.

1, 6, 5, and 6 one really hit me. Im 23 and i'm an aspiring author currently writing the final draft of my book debut. And I keep o editing chapter and adding extra info and plot just to maximize my word count and ultimately my page count. I want my book to be anywhere in the 100 to 200 age range. Its currently somewhere in the 20K to 30k word range.
Now I know how Steven Spielberg felt when he made Hook (1991. He by the way is also and introvert like me.

Im not very insecure, but i am insecure about being to soft and kind to people. Then they just treat me like an animal and then i think its my fault so i beat myself up and wonder if i should change and if i am just a pile of dirt. They treat me like dirt. I dont know what to do, does anyone have suggestions?
(Its only a group of ppl! then i see everyone being treated like royalties for being wild and rude or hyper. And it makes me wanna change)

I'm actually 2 years late but I'd like to say that I'm kind of insecure of my skin tone. Because one time, my friend said my skin looked like a dark shade of pee and that was when i was in 1st grade. She said she was joking, she's still my friend and I can't just unfriend her because of something that happened so long ago. But I still can't get it out of my head

You know, I try to be strong and dress nice and be happy only to have others put me down or laugh at me. Its so draining and it just adds to my insecurities. Ive fallen deeper into my introverted tendencies that its getting close to impossible to tear down the dungeon wall of protection I have built around myself. I dont know how to be happy anymore.

Thankyou psych2go because of all your hardwork and dedication I'm much more stable in my mental health and self care/ love journey. I always used to blame myself if anything bad happened that I have some problems not others but now I try to reach out more to myself and try to understand the situation, thanks for the big change in my life!

alfred alder! really? kids, it's not alfred alder, it's alfred adler. he had groundbreaking works and opened new paths in front of psychology despite freud's immense pressures back at the time. you should do your homework. well, maybe not really worth following you after all.

6: 03 I suffer from this big time. Early childhood trauma. Wow. I never thought of that. I knew it felt like my mom was always behind me second guessing my work. Her most famous saying to me when I made a mistake was to say You know what thought did? It went out the window.

If you want confidence in your life, always think what you archived and what you must archive. It will help you to increase your confidence. And always ignore those who destroy your confidence or kick them out of your life.

Thank you for the videos that you make. It does my heart good to know that I am not the only person who feel the same way as me because it makes me feel like I am not alone in my struggles and that my feelings are valid.

I identify with all of these. It's a phase I'm going through, where I feel I am immature compared to other 20-somethings, who seem to have done well for themselves. I need a break from my brain

Too self critical and too self aware. When I look back at past decisions they all seem seriously flawed and reinforce my self criticism.

Don't think anyone is 100000% secure from this list. Work on yourself Daily, accept what you can't fix and evolve.
