i doubt many people know what kleptomania is, but its a type of impulse control disorder in which you have an urge to steal for no reason. people with this disorder know that stealing is wrong, but they cant control it because it brings a lot of stress to the person, so they steal to relieve it. but then right when the kleptomaniac has stolen, they feel shame and guilt.
a lot of people misunderstand this disorder because people without it think that its just an excuse for those who actually have it to just steal.
i have this disorder, and its really hard living a day to day life with it.
though it is fun stealing from friends: )

Hey, I know you probably won't see this but I just had to say THANK YOU! Watching this video is what let me find out I had visual snow syndrome and because of it we were better able to treat my visual disturbances and I've gone from migraines that left me stuck in my room for weeks to only getting a bad migraine once a fortnight. While to most that wouldn't seem all that great it has had such a huge impact on my life! I've been able to actually go out and do things regularly for the first time in years and I just can't thank you enough for helping me discover this!

Perhaps the only ) fictional depiction of Alien Hand Syndrome that most people will be familiar with is Dr. Merkwurdigliebe in Stanley Kubrick's film Dr. Strangelove.
Factitious disorder is also known as Munchausen's syndrome, after the Baron von Munchausen. There's also Factitious Disorder/Munchausen's Syndrome By Proxy, where the person with the disorder doesn't fake their own symptoms but fakes symptoms in someone else, commonly a parent faking symptoms in a child.

Does that mean my personal ritual of opening the tap at bathroom and listen to the sound of dripping water while trying to write a song was actually a mental disorder?
I often do that when I feel like I wanna embrace my musical self and trying to find a good inspiration from surrounding environment.
In fact, most of the stuff I had written back then. were inspired from the sound of dripping water. That suddenly became a music to my ear

I think my friend has factitious disorder, she sometimes scretched her arms, and purposely fall, so she get hurt, to avoid PE. She also sometime wants to drink too much water, so her stomach would hurt, so she could escape school. When i tell her that she shouldn't harm her self, she tells me that her grandma knows if she is faking it, i really need to look out for this, maybe she should seek medical treatment, i don't know.

I think I have aphantasia, anyone relates?
So, when i'm imagining something, I really don't know in which colour that thing is, it is neither black or white, it really has no colour. Also, my mind does that unconciously, it means, i'm thinking about something and I start daydreaming about it but when being asked to imagine something or recall the previous ones I really can't do much.

I think I have visual snow and musical ears, I not sure about musical ears but when I saw a blackboard my brain just keep playing the scratching sound in my head and its so uncomfortable, sometimes even imagining will cause sound in my head too, and for visual snow i though its pretty normal to see it when your in a extremely dark environment

My uncle is a pathologist. He told me that there is this disease called Hgps, Hutchinson-Gliford Progeria Syndrome. An extreme unknown disease. Its a disorder that causes children to grow at a very early age. They look fifty, but are most likely to me 20 to 30 years old. Its the most unknown disease in the world, so search it up!
