Lucid dreaming is when we become aware while in a dream. It allows you to control what you experience, see, and do in your dream. The first and one of the only times i had a lucid dream i was in a nursery drawing or something, it was quite a bland room with a grid of brown desks, and i realised i was dreaming somehow.
I immediately flew up and phased through the roof, then it was night and i was in a small area of buildings made up of skyscrapers, kinda reminiscent of richie's plank experience exept smaller, and there was one central tall skyskraper near the edge. I flew around a bit and went really close to the tallest building, but my flying got kinda unstable and wobbly. i managed to touch the wall of the building, the texture was like a really bumpy and rough concrete wall and the colour was a slightly yellowy white. I decided it was too much effort to fly as it was wobbly near the building so i just let myself drop and catch myself right before i hit the ground.
Right after i landed was around the point it turned into a normal dream. I was in the same place but i was fighting a horde of red robot looking zombie things in a really wide alley next to the skyscraper, maybe it was a road, can't really tell.
I can't remember anything past that so i assume that was the end of my dream

This is the biggest load crap I've heard and most isn't true. I csn lucid dream. extrmely well and have good control and I csn safely say most of these are not accurate at all.
1. Mirrors thing isn't true
2. Laying down thing isn't true
3. The doimg to much too soon like flying will wake you up. also not true
4. You. can think of your real body and you'll be fine
5. YOU WILL think of memories etc as you are awake in a dream it will not effect your memory at all this is so far from accurate its ridiculous.
6. Dont think of. somethig scary as. you csn create that image in the dream. BuT you are aware you're. alseep anyway so just wake. yourself up its a lucid dream you can do that
7. I. run jump fly laugh etc in my dreams you can get excited it. wont wake. you up etc

Once I was dreaming that I was in the car driving with my friends and there was a really big traffic jam in a tunnel so we culdn't escape and there was a gigant robot crushing the back of the cars. In the back of my car was one of my friends. The gigant robot crushed the back of my car and my friend was going to die, but hopefully I enterd in the lucid dream state and my friend didn't died, but she turned into a really small person and she was gonne with the wind of the tunnel. Then sudely I was my friend (dont ask) and I had to breake the curse that made me that small. I met an old man who broke my curse and I could be able to meet my friends again.
1 thing. If I was in a tunnel. How the hell did I gigant robot enter there? Logic of the dreams I gues, LoL

I am a lucid dreamer and if I want, I can control my dreams. But once, before I saw this video (which helped me a lot, thank you, I looked into a mirror in one of my dreams and yes, I saw myself very ugly and hidious. I wasn't even looking like a human. I was horible. And in the real life, I'm very beautiful. So thank you for this video and for telling me what I shouldn't do while I'm lucid dreaming.
P. S. It was a terrible experience to see myself ugly. Trust me, don't try this, because that picture of you ugly remains in your head and tortures you.

I always wanna know if there is a multi player dream. And there is! (I hope)I had one with a girl from my class. We saw each other in each other in our dreams! And it turns out that we saw each other in the same dream! We talked about our dreams and whatever i din't say about my dream she sed she saw the same. She sed WORD TO WORD what i sed to her in my dream! And i could do the same! + We woke up almost at the same time (in real life. I woke up like 2 minutes after her.
What do you think?
I wanna know if we're not crazy

Regarding commiting to constantly fantasizing about someone you know:
Let's say that someone is called John. So when you fantasize about them, call their fictional counterpart Mind John instead.
Also give Mind John the knowledge they are in your head. That way they become their own character and your personal voluntary
practise dummy for trying out things you would like to do with the real John.
Just an idea. Haven't had a lucid dream yet.

I have lots of lucid dreams since I was teenager (and I had some when I was a kid. Most of the time, I know I'm dreaming and I let thing happens develop as my mind wants. But the moment I see something I don't like, I rewind time or use some of my powers (I usually have powers in my dreams. The ones when I can't use them are usually very frustrating, they're too real.
I didn't know it was dangerous to play your memories, but it makes sense.

the first time I lucid dreamed I wasn't trying to do it
I woke up in my room except the floor was so black it looked like it wasn't there and I felt like I was glitched and there were cat stickers everywhere but I didn't stay for long
it felt like I just slipped back to dreaming
and then I lucid dreamed 4 more times then stopped trying after school started. now it's been a year and a half and I'm gonna try to do it again

I find that I am forced awake if I try to imagine a certain someone into the dream world. I know your video warns not to think about real people too often but, this particular person vanished years ago. It is literally the only way I could see them.
Sometimes I think it is God ending the dream as if to say, NO, that person isn't for you. That is why I made her vanish, asshat.
Gimme a break.

I've lucid dreamed a few times sometimes from the start other times I've managed to say I'm dreaming and from there control it (after stopping myself waking up)
Will try to remember these for next time
My favourite one was being able to fly wherever I wanted it felt freeing (usually I can't fly in dreams I just float down again) but I was disappointed when I woke up

reply

dont look into the mirror
. i probably have a very good dreams, cuz it just happens that i look into a mirror and i feel better or just the same as normal. sometimes i have different hair that i thought of in real life, but nothing scary or very unusual
it could be because i have bad vision so even in my deams i cant se things clearly, so its just kind of blurry

I only managed to lucid dream one time, and I remember feeling my physical body lying down and the breeze of the electric fan next to my bed, and being pretty amazed at the feeling
I also tried to conjure up something in the dream (which took place in my old classroom) but failed so I went outside and wandered through the crowd until I woke up

I had a lucid dream where my parents got richer and my mom become spoiled, she kicked me out of house. After that I realized I was lucid dreaming. Then I started to beg for money etc. I came back to home later on and looked to a mirror. I remember having red eyes, kinda vampire-ish it wasn't me, didn't looked like me too. I woke up right after that.
reply

I never did. I don't remember the very fact of dreaming, as soon as I fall asleep everything is black and next thing I know Is that I woke up.
Rarely I wake up in the middle of the night because my body has had a spasm, but I only notice because it makes me wake up. I don't know why that happened. Everything is always black.

So, this video tells us what not to do in a lucid dream, but if one of the things is not to bring up our memories, and since we'll have a memory of this video, then how are we supposed to remember what we should and shouldn't do if we can't go back to the memory of watching this video?
reply

I occasionally lucid dream and I actually successfully flew in a lucid dream once - it was pretty damn cool. But now that I've seen this video, I'm wondering if my dreaming stuff will try to follow the rules in it and then get the rules all mixed up and. .. bleh, my head hurts.

Bro the first time i was lucid dreaming i didnt know i did so and i wished for something scary and just ran from the demons and then remembered it was a lucid dream, so i just became the fricking Doom Slayer and killed all of the demons. then i woke up and had sleep paralysis
reply

My dreams are super blurry, also I can't really picture anything without it being blurry when I'm awake, sometimes I wish I could see what people mean by vivid dreaming, although at least it's not totally pitch-black that I can't actually picture anything.

I often dream about teeth my coming loose or falling out (like a lot of people, probably most, and managed to use that a number of times to realize I'm dreaming, but I haven't gotten full control. Usually, I either wake up, or move onto a different dream.

When I was very young I used to lucid dream all the time but my anxious little ass always started thinking oh shit Im in a dream so anything is possible including really bad things and usually it would turn into a lucid nightmare-

My fav thing in the dream is flying. Unfortunately, I mostly fall when I'm close to waking up. I've also died multiple times while someone or something was chasing me. I can speed up myself, but when I'm close to waking up. I get caught.
reply

I have seen myself in a mirror in my lucid dream. It was scary. I saw a girl, not like me. And I cried. I would like to repeat this experiment because I don't know that girl in a mirror, I would like to know more about her.

I think everyone had lucidly dreamt once in childhood. Wait, that's the exact opposite!
We though to pee in dream but we did in real life. So, the dream controlled reality. What's the antonym of lucid dreaming guys?

reply

What about tell other people in your dream that your lucid? I remember dreaming that then the first second i was lucid i told to my friend wow im in a lucid dream, everything got corrupted goes dark then i wake up.
reply

I once had a dream where I jumped in a car, but the car did a tokyo drift and shot me out of it right into a pole. right when i hit the pole i quickly raised myself from the bed without realising, waking up.
