Lack of communication
Lack of trust
I gave and gave on my part but they didnt in return
I was putting all the effort
They bring me more stress, anxiety, and low self esteem than positive emotions
Their racist ideology and society they grew up in was a turn off for me (this made me questioned if these were the reasons why they werent entirely in love with me because of my nationality)
I decided to walk away, give myself the respect, the self love I deserve, and to be selfish for once.

In my opinion, If someone falls out of love with anyone, I think its not love that they really feel at the beginning, maybe its just lust or physical attraction, because If its real love, it will never be fade away no matter what happened or maybe they expect too much on someone but then that someone failed their expectations, so it ended up losing interest for that person.

Ow Man, this video hit home. I think i overshared with my first long distance relationship. Because i had this idea to journal in our text. I think i overwhelmed her. Im always telling her that she should share more about herself with me because its being one sided but i guess thats wrong as well. What i should do is give her soace and let her be comfortable.

I did relate to 3, 4 and 5th point. I came across a beautiful woman 6 years back and those 3 points made me miss that opportunity. Whenever I see her my heart aches.
