Are you unhappy? Unhappiness is on the rise, with research results showing that Americans are currently more unhappy than they have ever been in a decade. With many social, political, financial, and health problems multiplying by the second, people have been struggling to find meaning in their daily activities. Does this mean everything is doomed for destruction beyond repair? Not necessarily. There are many things outside of our control, but the things that are manageable have room for growth. So, let's discuss some of the common unhealthy behaviors we should get rid of. If you want to learn how to be more healthy mentally, we also made a video on the habits of a mentally healthy person

I don't like being an adult. In fact, I hate it a lot. I had to grow up fast so the only difference is I have more responsibilities. I had a very unbalanced upbringing. One parent would be way too strict and the other was a push over. I'm fine with paying bills, cooking, doing chores (sometimes, and budgeting, but I don't enjoy being an adult in general. I never want to have children because it will make me feel old and have to be an adult even more. Plus, I know it will cause a lot of stress from having both Anxiety and Depression. Maybe it's childish to say, but I'll be an adult but it doesn't mean I have to enjoy being one

When you already know which habits you should get rid of, and you've been trying to do it for two years, but you've only succeded a few days and, but the whole situation is just getting worse, and a few months ago you used to spent six hours on phone, but now you spend more then seven, also, I don't have much motivation to do stuff, though now I'm trying to do some nice presents for december, so hopefuly I'll accomplish that, it would make me feel much better, anyway, this sentence looks a bit too long, in fact it's not even a sentence, because I don't know how to use commas and other stuff correctly, and bla, bla, bla.

I made a mean rant tweet the other day, and kinda regretted it. Some random person found it today, and ragged on it with their friends when it wasn't about them at all. I barely tweet out my thoughts, so this came as a surprise that someone would find my untagged post not even about them and put it on blast. Gonna avoid Twitter for a while for the sake of my sanity lol

5: 52 What's holding me back is being a complete good-for-nothing, failure of a man.
How could I possibly hope for a better job when I have nothing to offer?
There is nothing else to give a chance to. There are no options.
There is no hope.
Life is shit

Okay hold up wait a minute. Toxic parents is different from physically abusive parents. So you're going to call the cops because your parents made you feel bad? Are you f kidding. I grew up with abuse. It gets a little old sometimes. This list is ridiculous.

I have to be better at:
4. Avoiding responsibilities
5. Complaining instead of taking action
But for that I have to get rid of the anxiety! :/
