Thankfully, the only two I'm guilty of is the screentime thing (though I do work a 30hr/wk job that gets me away from the computer) and the isolation thing (again, I do work at a job that involves being in a public space. But being in darkness is interesting because my mom who passed away last December would always insist on having the darkest possible curtains and keeping her room as dark as possible and she'd sit back there for hours, and it never occurred to me that could be part of why her health was declining so fast in the past 5+ years.

Damn she says skipping your breakfast but i never had breakfast in my life so far. Bcoz i don't get hungry in the morning. What that supposed to do with my brain. did i turned dumb kind of guy cuz sometimes i think so. is it really crucial to have something in morning when you don't feel like eating anything. I only have tea in morning than i have my lunch in noon.

The breakfast one is wrong fyi. Unless you have very very low body fat the ketosis you're in at breakfast time is good for you- add a slice of butter to your coffee and this will be used by the brain without breaking your fast and losing fasting benefits, then either eat at lunch and dinner or ideally one meal a day etc
reply

I agree with all of these except breakfast. For 1 intermittent fasting has huge benefits and skipping breakfast is the easiest way to do so. Its literally in the name break -fast. Also idk about anyoone else but even when eating a healtht breakfast it just weighs me down.

So, don't sit still in a dark room by yourself while blasting rock music into your brain and watching the news on the TV while eating a Milky Way because you are still hungry from not having your oatmeal for breakfast after being up half the night?
reply

the breakfast one is wrong. the human body stores carbs in the liver and can produce more if they are needed. As long as you eat enough during the day it doesnt matter if you start your day with something to eat or eat ones in the evening

I am 100% sure that everything of this can be solved with good, human intereaction, and that you're feeling happy. I am pretty sure negativity can ruin your brain in the long run, because you can't really go back to who you were.

I don't have any of these. I do have a decent amount of screen time. In the last 11 months I only spent 400 hours on the phone which is around 19 days. I'll try to lower the screen time a little bit

I think my brain is already broken since the pandemic back in 2020 as all forms of education has mostly became online or through video calls

2nd one is so much true i once accidentally watched a real purge video and wasn't able to study for weeks due to that cause my mind just wasn't able to concentrate

Five is my worst. But I have a barely functional social life so I have little else to do with my day. Everything else on this list is fine for me, though.

I'm guilty of poor sleeping habits (often) and skipping the breakfast. Lol, but that's it. Haha I'm proud I'm not guilty of the other things tho: )

3: 21 I don't believe this, unless you're playing World of Warcraft for 12 hours every single day for 1. 5 years nonstop!
Edit: Naaah.
