I have autism and ADHD. I will not look directly at people a lot. I my eyes and attention will dart all around taking in all of the moment. Sitting still, focusing in on one topic, watching people face for an extended period of time. I would rather get stabbed.
All of these other green flags I will probably snatch with gusto. But some of these green flags are NT ableism.

Am i the only one not getting the waiter thing? I'am generaly kind to people. And in the service industry i'm also kind to people who try but struggle, but why should i be kind to realy shitty waiter? If they are more focused on talking to each other casualy (not work related) and i have to wait in the two digit minutes length, they don't respect my time and don't appreciate me as a guest. Why should i be kind to them? Maybe i just miss the point.

All that happened to my last one, and guess what? She decided to silent-treatment me for no reason even though I asked her nicely if I did something to upset her and if she would like to talk about it she didn't respond, then a week later she texted me, telling me she does not want to continue developing our relationship because her friends, who have never talked to me or seen me before, don't think she is ready to be in a relationship again.

I can't Stress out enough how much of a green flag it is when someone is very Kind to waiters and in general with people who are offering you a service. If I'm with a Person who doesn't respect it That they're also just humans and get angry when they Make a simple error it simply puts me Off so much.
