Priority is my dog. He's a smart dog. Breed? Border collie, of course. Worst case? I've lived through them. I'm supposed to be dead several times over. Did I mention dog? He speaks French and feline, not just English and German. This video is not helpful. You did not mention how smart my dog is. Side note: his father was the smartest of all my dogs I have been associated with in over 65 years! And, yes, I am s super smart genius: I already know. And an actual life saving hero that wants to be left alone. Now, go away, I'm busy. Grrrrrrrrr.

I acquired the custom to spend 10-15min a day taking fresh air under the sun but currently my day begins always with a breakfast - that I already arranged mentally on the previous day - and watching this I decided to think a little less in how much time I have still before going to work and think more how to prepare my inner for the day I'll take along.

What has this to do with being smart?
I didn't learn some of these things due to a dysfunctional home and am trying hard to learn them now but my trauma is in the way sometimes. Phrasing it like this lets me hear you don't have a healthy morning routine? You must be dumb then.

First thing I do in the morning, all at the same time. cracking as many parts of my body as I can and stretching my body while playing K-pop songs in my head, because it makes me feel good, happy, relaxed an not stiff heheheheeee: D beautiful combination!

I have discovered the trick to having more willpower. Wake up sometime before 7 and get out of bed immediately, no exceptions and start your day. The first day it will be hard but the second day its great. You can feel the difference In your mental well-being.
