In this fast-paced world of competition, it can become easy to lose track of what success means to you, personally. Does success mean joy and fulfillment? Riches and fortune? We usually place successful people on an unrealistic pedestal that may mislead us into thinking they are perfect. Other times, the pedestal can actually distract from the reality of their success and how they achieved it in the first place. It may become difficult to notice and adopt the steps successful people take to thrive in life. To help you achieve your true goals, we've made this video! Will you become successful one day? After a really bad burn out recently, I have been trying to get back on track without pushing myself. There are moments where I do not feel like I am doing enough and it causes my anxiety to spike. So I have been taking a different path to achieve my goals. It is more simpler than I like to work with but I finally am starting to feel like I am healing from my burn out. Everyday I write down att least 7 simple goals to recreate my old habits. Good habits, like taking care of myself. Healing is never an easy process or is it completed over night. Everyday I push myself a little further, so I may achieve my goals.

But I'm the best.
No litterally I've always been on the top of everything
And don't take this message wrong. I had to work for that. I worked to be the best in the things that I do. From the nights that I've spent reading for 5 hours straight with only a small 5 min break every hour to spending a long time trying to learn, to advance. Also, own up to your sht. Don't make fake ass excuses. Work Hard. It'll pay off.

Setting up a good exercise regimen and sticking to it has helped me a lot with focus and keeping a schedule going. I have also started to stop making excuses for why I do not work on the things I need to do to achieve my goals. But the most important is being aware and having more control over myself and my mind has changed me for the better.

I wanted to lose weight and get stronger. A friend of mine who does weight training introduced me into his group of lifters called the Heavy Pipe Guys. Having them completely turned around my health for the better. Social groups are powerful. Just had a lifting competition yesterday we call the POLAR PRESS.

I have been looking 11 years for a life partner to share my life with. When I was 24, I decided to make it a serious life mission. Here I am 35 years old, still single. I have no interest in a life partner anymore. So, being active in your search to achieve goals, doesn't mean you will succeed.

I have many dreams and goals that I hope to fulfil within this decade. By the end of this decade, I can predict that ima be married, have 2 children who are no older than 3 and have a career as a film director in the film industry. Hopefully I can make to that point.

I do all of these at least sporadically, and some of them incessantly. I am as successful as I choose to be, or working toward it, depending on the situation. Thank you for letting me know I'm doing many of the right things, and suggesting ways to improve if I choose to: -)

Do any of you have tips to figure out your goals? I am a freshman in college and I still dont know what to do with my life. I have very basic standards of livingbut nothing specific which, in turn, makes planning hard. Can anyone relate?

Being consistent is the hardest part without a doubt. Ive been working out for a straight month by then I suddenly stopped and I am still wondering why. Am I that weak? I am so disappointed of myself.

These videos are good. I used to be successful but eh depression runs in family. I do get really distracted but see a end goal but lol procrastinate a lot! Ive thought about a lot and ruled things out

I don't really know what would make me feel fulfilled, I kinda feel empty naturally and I have no idea what would fill that void except for literally everything and anything self destructive.
reply

Am i the only who hates hearing successful people have this or that naturally? I want to change and make great things happen in my life but how can i if i dont have the dna for it
reply

You will make it, it does not matter what everyone else told you, If you believe in yourself no one can stop you. You will make it. 2022 will be your best year, YES YOU! Believe!
reply

Everyone: you will fail if you don't believe in yourself.
Me getting in top 10 without believing in myself: I don't have such weaknesses
Pls help me I don't trust myself

Did anyone else notice the Among Us reference at the bottom of the chalkboard in the thumbnail and the S on the right side that was popular in the 90's & early 2000's?

7. Track stuff thats measuarable. Journalize stuff thats creative or full of ideas. Mental clutter gets put on paper so you can focus on your priorities.
