What if the Indian Subcontinent Was ONE Country?

What if the Indian Subcontinent Was ONE Country? GDP per capita is the wrong measure of comparison with other countries. The only thing that matters is the Purchasing Power Parity of a Country. For example: An Indian pays just $0. 44 for a 330ml Coke in India, while an American is paying $2. 5 for the same 330ml Coke in the US. Rice only costs $0. 7/kg in India, while it costs $4. 60/kg in the USA. So, only PPP matters.

Reunion with India is the only best working solution for Pakistan, it will not be favoured to India, but it is considerable regarding national security, they can be considered to reintegrate like china or eu or usa or new unique modal, but this is only best possible resolution for Shree Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

I know its a late comment, but there are 2 mistakes in this video that I would like to point out
1. Andaman and Nicobar islands were not shown as part of India (Although I am not sure geographically if they belong to Indian subcontinent)
2. Lakshadweep is shown as part of Maldives

A greater regional union is something the Subcontinent should strive towards rather than division and hate which is so often the case. Maybe they could also tackle the global air quality problem of farmers burning off their crops while they're at it.

Although reunification into a single country would be an absolute mess, South Asia can nevertheless aim for a political and economic union like the EU. Such an integration would be extremely beneficial for the people of this region.
