Well idk if I got motion sickness or not but I got sick whenever when in the car/bus/taxi or sense the smell when the door opens.
So I guess it's may be due to the smell of the air inside )
Anyway I tried a bunch of stuff:
chewing gum (didn't work)
taking pills (rarely work, in most case it's just preventing me from making a mess but still uncomfortable inside)
eating snack or sweet (work most of the time till the food runs out, probably the smell of food blocks the smell of air-conditioning)
listening to music (this works for me as I focus more on the music I enjoy more than the surrounding)
So what's your methods in dealing with motion sickness?

Whee. I _love_ motion. Tumbling around, accelerating unpredictably, the playground spinning wheel (especially the ones you can spin by hand through a wheel in the middle, the centrifugal force is so satisfying, it's all great.
The only reason I might not read in some cases is because coordinating my hands and eyes during unpredictable movement is a bit difficult and my eyes keep slipping off the screen. Zero nausea, some irritation. Cue ackward poses trying to minimise hand vibration relative to head.

When I was little we lived in Big Bear Lake, CA. When we had to travel the area of victorville, san bernadino, redlands I would get car sick. Around 20 years later I was on vacation with my aunt and uncle and we were driving in the same area and I got car sick! About 15 or so years after that I started getting migraines. My doctor asked me if I had motion sickness when I was a child. I was astonished that she asked that (that's why she's the doctor) question. Anyway, that's my little anecdote.

Motion sickness is no joke I've had it for years and still do. I'd get nauseous with an upset stomach. My father use make these sharp turnes that would make me sick. One time the car was bouncing around so much I threw up. Not fun for ppl who have it

And that is why vr does not make you fell sick but for some people it is not true but if you are the lucky one
Vr does not make you sick because your ears say that you are moving and the eyes see that you are moving so they are saying the same.

The narrator speaks too fast. The reason why I love to watch Ted Ed's videos is because they make things easier to understand. But with that kind of pace you won't understand it even with subtitles. hays

Your description comprises every single person has motion sickness, but that is not true. How do you define this? This was also experimented on fish and only about 8%-10% were affected.

Ohk. I thought this video might somehow give a SOLUTION to the mystery. It just states facts we already know. Pretty annoying for someone looking for an explanation. or a solution.

Admit it. Ted-Ed videos don't have the vibe without Addison Anderson narrating the videos. His voice and pace are perfect for any educational and informative videos.
