Wanna tell you one thing once Parvati become a Kali no god or goddess was able to stop her even Shiv. So he lay down to stop her and she mistakly step on him but it doesn't made her stop so Lord shiv changed his avatar in little kid 'Ashutosh ' and ma Kali stopped when the kid started crying after watching her in that way. And she started patting him to make him calm and then she become Parvati again.
This shows if you love and respect a women she will taste like honey but if you disrespect her and question her ability just because she is women she will feel like a stink of bee.

It is said that we should never insult our food and when we have to make the food much healthier in our thoughts and deeds then we must say this shlok (chant) before eating the food i. e.
Annapurne sadapurne shankarapranavallabhe. dynanvairagya sidhyartham bhiksha dehi cha Parvati. mata me parvati devi pita devo maheshwarah. bandhava shivbhaktaschya swadesho bhuvanatrayam.
And please say thanks to goddess Parvati for filling our need for food before and after eating.
Thankyou.

These legends exist in every culture. Like the legends of Odin and Thor in the Norse mythology. These aren't real. These are work of fiction. Extract whatever meaning you want from these stories, but do not impose them on non-believers or people who do not want to believe. Being born and brought up in India, I have observed a lot of hatred growing out of these stories, propagated by believers and against non-believers or believers of other beliefs.

I would have loved if this was voiced by a native Hindi speaker. Some of the pronunciations took me out of the narration sometimes. Additionally, because the Indian accent is sometimes mocked here in the US, it would have been wonderful to hear that accent represented in a positive light. I would encourage having speakers of the story's country heard in any upcoming videos as well. Thank you for this video!

Basically it shows that even the Supreme Lord, gods and goddesses can be imperfect even though Shiva is considered the Supreme Lord he's shown as a simple being who might don't know about a particular thing for example the importance of materialism and parvati doing all this just to teach a lesson to Shiva that maybe it's not necessary in your books but it is essential for the whole world.

This wasn't Shiva's mistake, actually it was his idea to show the world that what would be the consequences when you do the things alone when you are not supposed to do it alone

Good attempt but story has some flaws. Shiva never underestimated parvati, all he wanted is to make her realise her true powers.
