Who is rewriting history here?
Quote: This golden age was threatened by the growing power of Karnak's priests, and Joann reveals how Tutankhamen's early death was a chance for Egypt to start afresh and rewrite history, but was undermined by decades of state-sanctioned looting of the tombs.
That's of course why there are so much of those gold artefacts in European musea.
If the Egypts did that for the riches it would all have been melted to divide it into small pieces.
The largest collection of Egyptian objects outside of Egypt is in British museum.
It is the British invaders that did steal it and rewrote history.
Like they did in Australia and North America.

In the past they called ( the fur one) and we shared history and even time with these lovely creatures I believe they were the watchers of God here and that what drove some people you madness especially in radical Europe that time were the battle start to kill all poor cats. And you know the rest of that story of the plaques who respond aggressively that people thought it's the end of world.

Am I the only one who has replayed the part where she sees the pharaoh's head for the first time? The emotions! Felt like I was there with her. Makes you understand what a big deal that was. Also incredible that there are monuments that take us back thousands of years back still standing today. Simply breathtaking.

She is an amazing host. her love and enthusiasm for what she is seeing and explaining is contagious. She makes these documentaries some of the best I've seen. Scenes of her strolling or sitting in the desert with her dark clothing, red hair, and black umbrella. iconic. What a legend lol.

46: 07 I thought that kind of hair was afro but it seems it is also reltively common in the UK, not in most of western countries at all. I don't remember anybody with so curled hair around me in my whole life.

To bad all this is speculation that goes against loads of evidence that bring up much more questions about when these ancient places were built and by whom. Basicly this is all just a fabrication of the past.

There is nothing else as most amazing and powerful in the world, than listening to a person, who's heart is burning like the brightest sun, for the subject they know and love.

Why is there so much of Egypt's history in British museums? They raped their former colonies of their treasures and history. They should return everything they've stole.

They say there was no soot from fire or torches in there. You would think to do all that work and art there would be soot. Unless they had electricity.

(45: 18) does it say the lady Hel. Hel is the name of a Norse goddess [although she's the same goddess as one of the Egyptian goddesses just with another name].
