She was incredible, as Charles carried on his relationship with Camilla, Diana became more important to people than Charles himself & eventually more important than the monarchy. She was so well loved that even in the shock of her death the monarchy were criticized so much that they had to be advised by Tony Blair to come down from Scotland. They hadnt even thought it necessary to lower the flag over the palace at half mast.

Most importantly, her nature was, I think, spontaneous with people from all walks of life. not put on for approval or anything. it was, just the way she was. not in any way flirtatious or attention seeking.
