One has to admire and bow down to Israeli people and particularly to their military. It's easy for us to consider them cocky, powerful and untouchable from today's perspective, but one has to move back and look at the whole picture and the situation they found themselves from 1948 to 1980s. They were a small country, not well armed, without the big brother looking out for them and, most importantly, surrounded nations that had 10 times the population of Israel and were eager to wipe them from the face of the earth.
The 6 Day War depicted in this documentary is the perfect example of the country that is fighting for its survival, without the strategic depth, aware that if they are overrun their families and friends will be killed, raped or simply removed from the face of the earth.
But the brilliant success of the 1967 Six Day War backfired on Israel just 7 years later. After massively defeating the joined armies of the Arabs neighbours, Israel became cocky and complacent. And this almost cost them an utter defeat in the Yom Kippur war in 1973. This is when Israel receives the first substantial support from the US military who organized a massive air transport operation that brought the crucial military equipment to Israel when they were at the bring of defeat. After that moment Israel had the support and protection of the US military and Arabs lost every concievable chance of removing the Jews from the Middle East. Of course, after Yom Kippur war Israel invested heavily into developing their own ultimate guarantee of security in the form of nuclear weapons. Also they started to receive massive amounts of the latest military technology and weapon systems from Uncle Sam too.

It was Israel days cause they trained well and has a perfect plan how to start and end. Other side was loud voices with weak people has no desire to fight. Then vice verse in 1973. Now compare between the two mentions which is harder to complete. Who got the mission impossible? Sure us the pharaohs cause we flighted against fear, possible failure, aggression, naive army, barleve wall, suez canal, smart intelligence of USA and Israel. But the strongest weapon was that u are fighting to defend and return ur captured lands again from an army don't have the right to take on single Insh of our lands. So we simply defeated all the above defeculties not in six days as what Israeli hero's did, we signed a new records in last 100 years wars history to defeat a very strong Jewish army in 6hrs

Don't forget the Israeli jets, torpedo boats, napalm, rockets, strafing lifeboats, that killed 34 and wounded 174 U. S. sailors trying to sink the USS Liberty, a National Security ship that was monitoring events in international waters. All but one of the transmission antennas were destroyed on the first pass and one transmission got out. Jets were sent from a U. S. carrier operating in the mediterranean and aware help was coming the Israelis called off the attack after Johnson overruled the navy and called the jets back. There was no mistake in identification and they were flying a huge flag. In any war The first casualty of war is the truth.

In 6th October war by 8pm 80 thousand strong Egyptian special forces crossed the canal together with 600 tanks and hundreds of other artelaries erased any signs of barlif defence line which I believe no one can ever destroy even the Israeli themselves. Then what! We are old friends living together in peace

No Egyptians were interviewed for this video. Pre-Emptive war is also known as a surprise attack, and invasion. So, of course, since the Egyptian military forces weren't planning to invade Israel, and were not deployed for or expecting an attack, their forces weren't as effective despite their numerical advantage.
